Set high in the Hollywood Hills above West Hollywood, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath retreat is built for groups who want polished indoor-outdoor space, city views, and a quieter place to land between days on the Sunset Strip, Rodeo Drive, and the rest of Los Angeles.

Inside, the home keeps things bright, open, and easy to gather in. The main living area centers around a deep sectional, large TV, wide windows, and clean modern finishes, while the dining area and fully equipped kitchen sit close by for meals that feel just as easy as takeout nights. Barstool seating, generous counter space, a coffee setup, and full-size appliances make mornings, group dinners, and longer stays feel handled.

Sleeping arrangements are designed with privacy in mind. The primary suite and a second bedroom each include ensuite bathrooms, while two additional bedrooms give the group more room to spread out across the home. One bedroom also features a Murphy bed and doubles as a private office, and with two dedicated workspaces, in-home laundry, and private parking, the house works just as well for extended stays as it does for a long weekend.

Outside is where Skyline Chalet earns its name. The pool terrace is lined with loungers and surrounded by greenery, giving you a calm place to cool off, stretch out in the sun, or slip into the spa after a day out in LA. A covered outdoor dining area, built-in grill, pizza oven, and open patio space make it easy to move from afternoon swims to dinner outside without breaking the rhythm of the day.

From the hillside setting, you’re close to the parts of LA that make the city feel electric without staying directly in the noise. West Hollywood, the Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment venues are all within easy driving distance. Spend the day out in the city, then come back to a private Hollywood Hills base where the pool, views, and quiet evening air bring the whole trip back into focus.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

- The property is fully enclosed by perimeter walls and accessible through a single gated entrance, offering additional privacy and security.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
