We have stayed in this complex and unit several times. It was better than ever - we hadn’t been back since the hurricanes in 2024. Great to see AMI thriving again. This is honestly one of our favorite places to stay.

The place was very nice, clean and a great location. It couldn't be easier to get to the pool or the beach. They provided beach chairs and umbrella, which is always nice. It is nicely located between public access points so that part of the beach was very uncrowded, even in the busy season.

Everything was lovely. Only issue is shower is extremely small and no way of moving shower head. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The Host was easy to work with and answered all my questions. The condo was very nice. We missed not having a tub to give our 6 month old a bath. Beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were nice and kitchen well equipped. Loved the location and yes I would come back to stay in this condo. It is one of the best locations on Anna Maria Island.. Beach is awesome. Just steps away. I've stayed in several condo's and homes in Anna Maria and location wise and price point, this is one of the best. If you plan on coming with a very large vehicle, like a GMC Yukon EL Denali Diesel, the parking is very tight to get a SUV this large into. My daughter's car was damaged (2 weeks) old by backing into a fire main pipe that was too high up on a column for the cameras and her to see. It dented and crimped the right rear quarter panel. Sorta ruined her vacation. When we first discovered this upon arrival, we called the Property Management and asked where else we could park. We were not given other suggestions of where to park after numerous calls until the accident occurred and we pressed the matter with them. In fact, I am still awaiting a call back from Cheryl on liability issue.

In regard to the parking situation, there are signs for additional, uncovered parking across the street by the complex tennis courts. Our General Manager, Logan, took over the incident from Cheryl, and met with your daughter prior to check out. There is nothing further to discuss, We are glad you enjoyed your stay even though not all moments were as expected.
