Oliver’s place is on a beautiful canal & a short walk to the beach. Great location! It is well stocked with beach gear & kayaks. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice stay.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Home was nicely furnished, very clean, and had a well equipped kitchen. Host responded quickly to a couple of small concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot! So close to the beach and a fun filled town. Some great restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the manatees swim around and fish jumping out of the water. Oliver was very responsive and helpful.

Anna Maria Vacation 2024

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was immaculately clean with a spacious living area and lovely comfortable bedrooms with modern bathrooms. We also appreciated the view of the bay. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to returning!

Awesome views!

Really enjoyed our stay. The owners are very pleasant and the home is very accommodating. The view is great! The beach and shopping centers are close by. Location is good for day trips to other areas. Would definitely return!

This was a magical place to stay! Everything is exactly as pictured. This level of cleanliness, the location, and the host are rare! For people reading deciding whether or not to book this: just do it! Trust me! You are a couple minutes walk to the beach, walk to CVS, Publix, etc., the shuttle stop is 30 seconds from the house, and it’s quite easy to get on and off the island at this location. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything was 10/10 clean. We had an amazing stay and Oliver was extremely responsive and accommodating both before and during the stay. However, during the stay I only had to ask one small question so don’t think you’ll have to be reaching out to him a lot once you check in. Another thing I appreciated was the beach cart, chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrellas. Most of the other houses I looked at required renting one or more of those items. The little things like how the Wi-Fi was strong, water pressure was great, AC/fans effectively cooled the house, etc. also contributed to a 10/10 stay. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Had a great stay!

We had a lovely stay. It’s a well furnished home sited on the water at the edge of a canal. It’s also just a few steps to a gorgeous beach with amazing sunset views. It’s very well equipped. The owner has thought of everything. The two decks overlooking the water offer a great spot to read, sun and have a toast.

Fabulous Home!

The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location!! The house is on a canal and a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and grocery store close by! Oliver was wonderful to work with and checked in on us via text. I highly recommend this home and we will be back!

Great as always!

We have stayed here multiple times in the last several years. It is a top notched property in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view of canal. Owner is very responsive and checks in to make sure everything is ok. Hope to return next year.

Have stayed here before. Lovely property in nice neighborhood. Owner very helpful and easy to communicate with. Weather, however, did not cooperate on this trip.

Amazing place and owner

We could not have asked for a better person ro rent from than Oliver. He truly took care of us this week. He has such a amazing place to stay, so if you are looking to stay on AMI look here. You wont be disappointed.

AMI Gem

This is our 5th year staying here and we consider it our "home away from home". It is living the good life -- water view, resident manatee, flying fish, variety of birds, proximity to the Gulf. The owner is available and responsive and the time always passes too quickly.

Great Property

Great location, close to the beach, centrally located on the island. Nice, clean modern interior, very comfortable-everything you need for your beach visit. The location with the boat dock was a bonus, allowing my nephew to bring his boat down from Tampa for the day. Oliver was very considerate, checking in with us to insure all was well. Overall , I’d highly recommend this home and location.

Island Paradise, dock your boat in the back yard and fish everyday!

Annie and Oliver were the perfect host. Very spacious rooms and a beautiful kitchen with an amazing view. A family of manatees visited the dock almost every night. Having a place with a dock for our boat made it easy to fish everyday! Very relaxing getaway. Thank you!

Sue and Mark have been great guest. Easy to communicate with, treated our house as if it was theirs and left it as clean and tidy as they found it when moving in. We hope have them as our guests again soon

Best stay on AMI.

Stayed at Oliver’s place 3 or 4 times now. Can’t say enough good things about the gouse and the host. Oliver welcomed us in person and made sure we got settled. Clean, well apportioned with a great waterfront location where wildlife abounds and the views are great. Kayaks are available for guests to use and we did. What fun! Thank, Oliver for hosting us for a great vacation once again. Burt and Liz
