I would suggest that this owner communicate better with the client. At first we were not given any check-in information and had to call Vrbo Customer Service. They contacted the owner who finally sent the information the day before we were to arrive. Also we were told to park in a certain number of parking spot but when we arrived there was another vehicle in that spot. We messaged the owner who didn't respond so again we called Customer Service and they had to contact the owner for directions. I would also suggest that the owner leave written directions as to how to use the TV. We were not able to use the TV because we couldn't get it to work. Sorry to sound so negative but with a little more attention to details by the owner our stay would have been much less stressful to begin with.
