This home was our best VRBO experience! House is lovely, roomy, comfortable, and perfect for our extended family gathering! Plenty for the little ones to do and also plenty for the older/adults to do in the house and in the yard. The large well-appointed kitchen was fantastic ! The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Even a nice snack basket and small gifts were greatly appreciated! We hope to stay here again!

Great location

House is large and can easily accommodate a large family. Lots of things to keep kids and adults entertained. The house is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The only draw back is the odd configuration of the master bath.

Hi Coletta, I am so glad that you enjoyed all the amenities that we had to offer at the Williamsville family retreat! We take so much pride in being family, friendly, with many things for both adults and children to enjoy.Your group was a pleasure to host. I’m sorry you did not like our shower bath combination enough to take a star away, we do try to provide accurate pictures so that guests will be happy with what they get. Happy summer!

Joelle was an incredible host. She was responsive and made our stay incredible. The house is wonderful and could accommodate far more than the four that we had. Tons to do. Too much for us do everything. Had a blast playing carpet ball in the garage. Pool table and foosball table were excellent. I imagine it would be awesome to be there in the summer with the pool and all the outdoor activities. Will definitely book this again if we come back to Buffalo.

Susan- I’m sorry that our communications when you first made the reservation were forgotten. We said the pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day- a solid 3 plus weeks before your stay. Regarding sleeping arrangements we purchased an extra queen blow up mattress ahead of your stay, after you told us that would work. I’m sorry for any confusion but all accommodations are pictured and described in the listing.

2 day stay

, I would like to say that this host was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure that our day went fantastic despite booking issues. The house was absolutely gorgeous with all the amenities they have to offer like playrooms the barbecue the grill the pool. From the welcome basket we felt extremely appreciated. The kitchen was stocked and so was the bathrooms. My only complaint would be that everything was a little bit dusty and The pool was also not the cleanest, but that could be due to pollen season.

This is a GREAT Family Vacation House. Home was exceptionally clean and tidy. House is well designed for complete Families, Children and Adults, with plenty of "in house" activities; there are Games and Game Tables. It is very well located in the Buffalo Area with Shopping, Restaurants, Niagara Falls, etc. in close vicinity. There is a very large useable Kitchen with two Stoves and Sinks. All Appliances worked extremely well, along with all Utensils being clean and well kept. There is an extremely large Swimming Pool that was warm and the Kids loved. In a nutshell, our Family was extremely impressed and happy with this Vacation Home. It fit us perfectly; and if we are in the area on Vacation again, it would be our first choice. As a side note: The Owner was extremely easy to deal with and fair.

We travel extensively—across New York, the U.S., the Caribbean, and Europe—and this Buffalo VRBO earns our “six-star” rating on a five-star scale.”Simply put, everything works—and works exceptionally well.Plumbing: The best we’ve ever experienced. Immediate hot water, powerful shower pressure, with jet like powered toilets and flawless fixtures—on par with (or better than) top-tier hotels like the Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott and Hilton.Wi-Fi & Tech: Fast, seamless, and business-ready. Streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube) are already set up—no logins required. Multiple TVs, excellent lighting, and easy-to-use systems throughout.Location: Quiet, upscale neighborhood, yet minutes from restaurants, shopping, and essentials.Family-Friendly: Outstanding setup for children—playroom, toys, books, plus pool table, foosball, and a backyard with swings.Cleanliness: Impeccable. Spotless, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. Floors shine and cleanness invites barefoot walking.Host: Clear, prompt, and professional communication with welcoming and cooperative spirit. Most importantly, the home has a genuine sense of warmth and welcome that you feel immediately. The configuration, size and furnished rooms provide a sense of spaciness that is unique when travelling. We were here for 4 day April celebration and the inside temperature defined comfort. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had—very highly recommended without hesitation.
