House was great and in a fantastic location. We walked to the park, art gallery and some great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!Only suggested upgrade (if looking to make any) would be to upgrade at least one of the double beds to another king.

Such a cool, old home! Loved the beautiful architecture and walkable neighborhood. This house was clean, well-equipped, and gave us room to spread out. We enjoyed a nice glass of wine on the front porch and the ability to walk to restaurants. And thank you for the air conditioners!!

First and foremost, the hosts are extremely responsive and offer excellent details about everything from check in to check out and everything in between. The property is perfectly appointed and very versatile. The location is next to perfect, giving you very easy access to great shops and restaurants, the Elmwood Village Farmers Market, Deleware and other parks - lots of these are within walking distance. Great place, great location, great hosts. By all means, stay here!

Great house in a great location to explore Buffalo and Niagara. Bedrooms and common areas were spacious and comfortable for our group of eight. Property details, instructions, and responsiveness of host were top notch with easy check in/out. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay, beautiful home

Loved our stay, rooms were clean spacious and rooms were big. Had everything organized and huge shout out to host as they communicated very well throughout which ai didnt need to worry about checkin or checkout process. Well organized, will definitely stay when we visit Niagara

Outstanding experience. We came in for a Bills game and what a great experience. Communications were great and the house was well maintained, well appointed, and perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Phenomenal location! This will be our new go-to spot when we're in town.

We had the pleasure of spending 4 nights in this lovely home. It was a wonderful neighborhood and such a treat to have off street parking for several cars. The host responded very quickly to all of my emails. It was cool and drizzling while we were there but we were warm and toasty! The house was spotless and the updated bathrooms were very nice. The host included information on the area and recommended several restaurants which was greatly appreciated. Next time we come to Buffalo to visit relatives, we look forward to staying here again!!

Family Fun in Buffalo

The property was amazing and my family felt right at home. Gathering in the family room at night for chats was very cozy. Absolutely stay here if you get the chance.

Beautiful Buffalo Home

It was the perfect property for our family stay. Dylan and Gianna were great hosts and quickly responded to a minor problem we had. It is a 5 star property all the way!!

Prime location

Great house, great location, a must stay. It was a perfect weekend. We didn’t rent a car, walked everywhere. Great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc.

Great Place!

The property is as advertised, clean, and very spacious. The hosts were very responsive from start to finish. The location is terrific, and if you end up parking on the street opposed to the lot, there is plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this place!

The house was perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice. Great neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, bars, museums, and parks in walking distance. Loved it!!!

Hosts are excellent. Checkin perfect. Arrived with a few questions - nearly instant response. They also gave great suggestions for our 3 generation family. Kitchen is minimalist but worked well. Neighborhood is great and easy walking distance to neighborhood Co-op, coffee shops etc.

Old charm mixed with modern day conveniences. Every room was spotless. Lovely front porch. We stayed here to enjoy Buffalo's restaurants and sites and the comfortable home became an oasis during a few very hot summer days. Off street parking is a plus. We walked the neighborhood with grandchildren and felt safe and secure. The hosts responded immediately to any questions. As a senior citizen, I was grateful for the second set of stairs that had excellent railings on both sides of the steps. Providing a safe way to climb stairs is a huge plus for anyone with knee issues. Though there was no serious issue, knowing that a response would take place if there was a problem is always a good thing. I highly recommend this home for a visit.

Good location.

Overall stay was fine. We had to deal with an inconvenience that was not resolved while we were there and there was no offer to resolve.

Jayne, We pride ourselves on creating a great experience for all of our guests. We were in contact with daily regarding this small issue trying to get specifics so we could resolve it for you. Unfortunately you were not able to tell us any specifics until shortly before you checked out. Once we arrived at the house to clean it only took a few minutes to resolve. We would have been happy to come in sooner, we just needed more information. -Dylan

Great Place to "Shuffle on of to" in Buffalo!

This is a wonderful property, in a really great neighborhood. We (4 adults a 3 year old and a 5 year old) found the house to be perfect. Great "spacing" for all (wonderful front porch), well appointed kitchen - everything we needed. And a great neighborhood to walk around to restaurants, book shop, coffee shops, etc... Really good "base" for our forays to Niagara Falls and a bunch of other places. The Hosts were a pleasure to work with and helped make our stay special. Highly recommend 5+Stars!
