Enjoy unobstructed Atlantic Ocean vistas from every room, and a large corner porch. The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the Atlantic and direct view of the sunrise. This sun-drenched corner property is one of the largest in town and has a fire pit and barbecue. World famous Asbury Park, with its exciting entertainment and plentiful restaurants, is a 3 minutes walk.

Hans and Paulette were wonderful hosts and we felt well cared for during our stay, as well as questions I had leading up to our vacation. They were simply a joy to communicate with, and all around great people. You’ll be in good hands! And seriously, you can’t beat Ocean Grove. The location of this house is 10/10.

we had a terrific time at this beautiful home! The views were amazing, every bedroom had a bathroom, the porch was so nice to sit on and see the beach. We got to see the sunrise every morning! And the host was wonderful and very helpful to us! We hope to get there again next year! I highly recommend this for a great beach getaway.!

We had a terrific week at this charming Victorian home. The house’s well-equipped kitchen, spacious indoor living spaces, lovely lawn and wraparound porch, made it the gathering spot of choice for dinners during our family reunion at the Shore. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms updated with every amenity. The location was perfect with beach and boardwalk across the street, Ocean Grove Main Street and Asbury Park minutes away. The owner’s were responsive to questions before our visit and wonderful hosts. Would love to return some day!

The house was great for a big group and bathrooms were all updated. The house was well stocked with necessities. The owners were communicative and helpful. You can’t beat the location: right on the beach and an easy walk to Main Street.

Family getaway at the beach

The house is huge! Plenty of room for friends and family to relax. We loved hanging out on the wrap around porch and cooking meals in the big kitchen. It’s across the street from the beach and a short walk to Asbury Park boardwalk. Can’t beat the location. Hans and his son were great hosts, and it was clear that they wanted to make sure we were happy.Thank you!

What a great family vacation. The home is exactly as advertised. Spacious, well appointed with all the amenities youd expect in a family beach home. Across from the sand with fabulous views and walk to all. Hans, Paulette and Sons are gracious, accomodating, responsive hosts. They are available, at will, while providing complete autonomy. We will look forward to our return!

Very responsive and helpful host. We came as a family: 6 adults, one toddler and one small dog. We had plenty of room. We had a great time. Beach badges are not provided, so be aware you’ll have to buy daily passes if you want to go to the beach. But, nice beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are provided. The house is on a corner lot across from the beach and gets a nice ocean breeze to keep you cool. The house is not toddler-safe so be prepared to keep an eye on your small children! But the nice grass area provides a good place for them to play.

Perfect house for a family summer vacation. Great location - accross the street from the lovely Ocean Grove beach and pleasant walk to Ocean Grove and Asbury Park restaraunts & retail and the Asbury Park boardwalk.Hans and Paulette are great hosts with the house set up more like a resort including sheets, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, soaps and shampoos, etc.On top of the hotel style amenities there is also a full equipped kitchen, laundry closet with detergent, gas grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach caddy - everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Just bring family, friends, and food.Looking forward to heading back next August!

We stayed at this house for a week with 8 adults, 1 baby and 1 dog and it was the perfect setting for a wonderful Jersey shore vacation. This Victorian house dates from the late 1800's and has so much personality. It's incredibly spacious with a great kitchen, kitchen table, living room and 5 bedrooms and full baths. and it's right across the street from Ocean Grove beach, which was amazingly convenient the whole week, and just a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, beach and major shopping and dining spots in Asbury Park. Also just a short walk to the main street of Ocean Grove and the Auditorium and tent community. And the boardwalk across the street is so convenient for walking, running, etc. The house is well updated but we did have some cooling issues when the temperature rose to near 100 one day, especially the large top floor apartment. But the owners were great about quickly bringing over additional room AC units and an HVAC technician to troubleshoot the AC unit for the top floor. No doubt a huge house like this is a challenge to heat and cool sometimes. There was an outside gas grill with propane tanks, wood for the firepit, all the linens, and large washer and dryer with detergent. and considering what we had access to for the week and used 5 bedrooms and cooked a lot, the price was reasonable. Overall we had an amazing and very memorable time, and would definitely consider staying at this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely beach home. The location can’t be beat and the house is very comfortable and well-stocked. Hans and Paulette are wonderful hosts - very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. If we return to the Jersey Shore, we’d stay here again!

The view from the front porch was outstanding. Hans was very quick getting back to us with all of our questions. House was fully furnished with many extra amenities including supplies. Would highly recommend.
