Regarding the mention of a palmetto bug (roach), our property is located in a historic waterfront home in Beaufort, an area known for its natural coastal environment. While we maintain regular professional pest control at all of our properties, occasional sightings can happen in this region. That said, we take all feedback seriously. Since your stay, we have addressed the items noted by tightening the tub faucet, evaluating the bathroom flooring, and replacing the mattress to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.
