Each full bathroom has a deep jacuzzi tub, great for relaxing, with shower. Views of Bird Shoal across from Taylor's Creek. Smart TVs for when you are done having fun in the sun. In walking distance of the coffee shops, restaurants, bars, maritime museum, boat rentals, and other excursions.
Our unit sits above Ribeye's Restaurant, entrance to parking lot is in back of building. Parking space is Unit B.

Excellent

Amazing experience. Only one very minor detail that was a little confusing. There was no toilet paper anywhere in the unit. Really no big deal, maybe it was missed by cleaning staff. Otherwise we are VERY pleased and will return!

Amazing

My wife and I spent out 10 year anniversary at this location. Walking distance to shops and food. Waking up to seeing horses across the water to just watching boats and spending time glazing. Inside the rental felt like home!! I can not say enough about Betty the host. She made sure we were taking care of. She will never know what the extra things she did ment to me!! We will definitely stay again. Thanks Keith & Leisa

Perfect flotilla weekend location!

We stayed here the weekend of the Beaufort parade and flotilla. The rental is perfect. It’s cozy but spacious for hosting friends to watch the flotilla and parade from the best location on all of front street. The owners were very responsive and flexible to meet our changing schedules. We would highly recommend this rental for any time of year. It is a true gem and a wonderful location.

Perfect stay!

We love the location of this property! The view of the water is exceptional. This visit we could see the wild horses on the island across the way from our windows! As repeat visitors, this place cannot be beat. Within walking distance to the waterfront in the historic district. Lots of great restaurants & shops without having to deal with parking.The condo has a great view, lots of room and is decorated nice. Would not recommend if you have difficulty walking stairs or steps. Has 2 large Jacuzzi tubs with showers that may be difficult for some to get into but otherwise is great. The host is very quick to respond and it has a wonderful roof top to view beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine! We always look forward to visiting this adorable town & stay at our favorite place!

Amazing View and Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is located above Ribeye's and has an amazing view of the water. The upstairs outdoor deck is also lovely!

Cleanliness issue

Okay but cleanliness was an issue everywhere. Great location but subpar on cleanliness. We would not stay at same place. Accomodation was older and more expensive than other VRBOs where we have stayed

Cozy in a tropical storm

Although Ophelia brought in 72 mph wind gusts (we decided to stick with our plans), this property had everything we needed to "hunker down", including several large windows for a beautiful panoramic waterway view. We were able to catch glimpses of horses on Carrot Island and dolphins frolicking in the sound.

Great visit

Met my wife in Beaufort in 1982. Since then we have stayed and/or celebrated many birthdays/anniversaries in this condo. Celebrated our 39th anniversary during last visit. Thanks to Betty for the opportunity. Look forward to next visit.

Really an ideal spot…tucked away in the heart of Beaufort…steps away from the water, dining, and the historical charm of the town. The roof top sunsets were awesome! A relaxing and wonderful stay…HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great location, great stay

Unit was easy to locate, had good off-street parking and arrival/access was pain free. Very comfortable apartment with all the essentials. Couldn't ask for a better location and view of the harbor. Overall a great stay.

AWESOME stay to my old stomping grounds

My grandson, his girlfriend and I wanted to do a quick weekend getaway and I had lived in Beaufort about 20 years ago so thought it would be fun to stay there. What a gem I found in Betty's home. As others have said it was wonderfully convenient to food and anything you wished to do in Beaufort. It was nice to walk to dinner after driving ❤. The views from the deck were BEAUTIFUL. We didn't need much from Betty but when I did have a question she answered quickly. If you are traveling to Beaufort this is THE PLACE!
