We hired a professional cleaning staff to clean up after every guest. We also take pictures of the home after cleaning to ensure a clean environment. We asked our guest to send any pictures of the home that warranted cleaning or maintenance in the event a refund is needed, to compare with the pictures taken by the cleaning right after cleaning. Unfortunately, this guest was not as responsive when we asked for the pictures and could not provide evidence asserting her claim, as such her claim was dismissed by VRBO. We clean this property professional but will, from time to time, have opportunist who seek to save money on their stay, however asking for pictures is how we verify their authenticity. In this case, not only was the information inaccurate, but VRBO also did not believe her claim.

Unfortunately, though requested, we cannot discount pricing due to demand during summer months. This vacation rental is cleaned by a professional cleaning service after every stay and maintained by professional pest technician quarterly (and sometime bi-quarterly).
