Licensing:
- This apartment is fully licensed by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Guest Registration:
- Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior check-in date to register with building management and facilitate smooth check-ins.
- Due to local laws, all guests must comply with this requirement.

Check-In and Check-Out:
- Standard Check-In time is 03:00 PM, and Check-Out is no later than 11:00 AM.
- Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.

Smoking:
- Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
- There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a violation fee of AED 1,500.

Pets:
- Pets are not allowed inside the property.

Lost or Damaged Items:
- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable.
-There is a charge of AED 1000 per lost access card.
Extra guests or Parties are not allowed inside the property and will result in an AED 1000 fine if proven to be the case.
Our welcome gift includes coffee, tea, sauger, and coffee capsules for the coffee machine, Dental kit, Shampoo, Conditioner, BathGel ,Soap, TissueBox, toilet papers.
please treat this home as your home in the sense of taking care of the apartment and furniture. this is not a hotel, this is my home and I do welcome you to treat it as yours. most of the furniture is brand new.

Cleaning:

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we got you, this can be arranged subject to an additional fee.
