Host provided good communication and was responsive to issues although the dishwasher failed during our stay (maintenance issue), they were unable to replace due to the holiday, and did not offer even a small credit for the inconvenience which was annoying. Great location across a busy boardwalk from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and other amenities. Check in and out was easy

Beachfront location was absolutely perfect! We had three units: A, B, and C. Each had its own kitchen space and bathrooms. There were beds for 16 persons and six 4” thick floor mats which provided comfortable extra bedding. For our family where cousins wanted to sleep together it worked great. For teens or adults the rooms would be a little crowded with the floor beds. Beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage space in drawers and closets. Extra bedding and sheets were provided in tubs in closets. Plenty of beach towels and shower towels. A generous amount of dishes and pans were provided. It would’ve been helpful to have included often used condiments like salt, pepper and sugar. a few more cereal bowls, and a serving bowl in each unit. The provided beach wagon, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella were a nice extra that was added!
