Enjoy breakfast, brunch or family barbeque on the veranda with gorgeous views of Catalina Island. Wake up to crashing waves while dolphins swim by.

Beautifully remodeled! This upstairs unit has a master bedroom with a king bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a full over full bunkbed. There are 2.5 bathrooms in this home. The master has a bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bathroom also has a tub/shower and the third bathroom is a combination half bath and laundry room.

We had a wonderful stay and are truly grateful for the days we spent at the property. Nicole, who manages the house, was always attentive and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything, which made our experience even better.The house is in excellent condition, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of.The views are absolutely stunning, and the location of the house couldn’t be better — truly unbeatable. The house was perfect! My family came to visit from out of state and I wanted them to have a great beach house. Perfect location, walking distance to lots of activities and restaurants. The house was very nice and updated, and overall very comfortable for everyone. I’d highly recommend!

Perfection in Newport!

This condo is amazing, the photos do not do it justice! The beds were super comfy, the location was perfection! The garage parking was a smidge larger than most, washer & dryer, 3 bathrooms and the most amazing views! The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and was super clean!!! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!!!

Family stay

We picked this unit not knowing the area and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our oldest son has recently move to Costa Mesa and this was our first first from NC. We were able to walk to lunch’s and dinners. Beautiful views from windows and balcony. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was not very clean when we arrived. There was body hair on the bathroom floors and shower. There were not cleaning supplies in the house so we had to go to the store to get our own and clean it ourselves.Only one shower had shampoo/conditioner/body wash as advertised though it was almost empty. The master shower did not have anything in it. The bathroom sinks did not have handsoap.We had to go to the store to buy our own.We sent a message to the host about the cleanliness and lack of handsoap and they did not bother responding. The patio furniture was disgusting with stains all over it. The patio screen door was incredibly hard to open. We messaged the host about this. She responded to this and sent a repair man. This was on the 2nd day. He said that the wheels were broken and he would need her approval to replace them. We never heard from them again about this and just had to deal with the broken screen door.The view and location are a 10/10 but the responsiveness of the host to issues leaves a bit to be desired.

Best views around

Fantastic place! Magnificent 180 degree view of the beach. Garage parking was tight with a minivan rental, but having a parking spot was very nice in this busy area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. We left a couple of boogie boards for the next guests. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

Perfect Beach Home

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. True to pictures, very clean. The view is unbelievable and so convienent how close it is to everything, the Pier, shops, restaurants, the best handmade ice cream we had down the boardwalk. We all agreed this will be our go to beach vacation home. No need to try another place when this one had it all, including the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. It was great.
