Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom with Queen bed. Family bathroom. High speed internet. Large open plan living room, Wood burning fireplace, Roku TV, Full kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, breakfast bar. Laundry washer and dryer. big back yard. Just blocks from the Blue Jays stadium

Little Harbor Vacation 2024

Studio was perfect for just the two of us and very clean. Tony was an excellent host and very responsive on any questions we had. We enjoyed walking distance to the pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend the unit as well as any property by this host.

Great place at the water

Enjoyed this little gem. It's just what we needed for three days of fishing in Tampa Bay. And the nearby drive-in was a nice bonus!

We would stay again

This was perfect for us. The location felt very safe and relaxing with two pools and sunrise over the river literally outside our door. 2 restaurant options and a private beach within walking distance. The room itself is set up like a hotel with 2 double beds a small table chair and desk. The kitchenette that met our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to visit Dunedin

Casa Aqua was the perfect location to spend time in Dunedin. Walking distance to the Jays spring training, bars and restaurants downtown and access to the walking/biking Pinella Trail. We had a car with us so it was handy for groceries as well as getting to some of the nicest beaches only 15 minutes away. The house itself was well equipped and and very comfortable for 4-6 people. Tony was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. For anyone looking to spend the spring in Dunedin, we would highly recommend Casa Aqua as your home base

Little Harbor Inn

The location of the property is excellent. Easy access to pool, Pickleball, tennis, shuffle board, two restaurants. Room was very adequate. Beds comfortable, nice shower, etc. Very similar to a standard hotel room except has kitchen amenities minus an oven.

Great location, nice unit

Little Harbor is a great location! The unit was clean and conveniently located on the property. Check-in and check-out were very easy, communication with the rental company went well, and overall we were happy with our stay.

Enjoyable stay.

Very pleased with our room. Exactly as described, comfortable beds, updated interior, bigger fridge and a kitchenette so we could cook. Saw dolphins out front every day, Great sunset views at the beach, and good meal at the Sunset Grill. Great spot to kick back and relax!

Peaceful location

We enjoyed the proximity to water, especially the river and view just steps from the patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting by the river, catching a few glimpses of dolphins and manatees. We were glad we had rented a car so we could find a better variety of restaurants. Although it seemed like many rooms were booked, it didn't feel crowded at the beach or restaurants.

Beautiful views

Enjoyed my stay here. So many beautiful views. Friendly people. A short walk for a bite to eat, drinks, and beach fun. Serene atmosphere, beautiful sunset over the water. I loved every bit of my time spent here. I did not want to leave😊

River Delight

This was a great property and location. It was quiet, had a great view of the sunrise over the river, and easily accessible to the beach. It was just what we were looking for.

Also during a longer stays we will have the cleaner come around after 2 weeks to clean and then ofcourse the final clean after you leave. The cleaning fees are already included, there is no extra charge for this service. They are prorated. There is a flat fee of $180 with every reservation regardless of the length of stay, a linen fee of $25/stay. Plus an additional cleaning fee of $5/night. So for example a 3 night stay is $220. A week will be $240, two weeks $275, a month is going to be $355, etc.

Also lastly we have ring security cameras on the exterior of the house only. 1 door bell and one on the rear for security. There are no cameras inside the house!
