With capacity for up to 9 people, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 additional sofa beds, 2 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning in all rooms, as well as a laundry room for your comfort.

The large terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing after a day exploring the city. You will also find high-speed internet throughout the apartment so you can stay connected at all times.

Keep in mind that access to the apartment is by stairs and there are security cameras at the entrance to guarantee your safety and peace of mind during your stay.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
