Quiet and safe location. Has the pool to ourselves on most occasions

The resort had 3 pools but no drinks or food or music at the pool and they reserve the right to search your bag/backpack to make sure you don’t have any food or drinks. I am 65 and my friend is 67 and we had a bottle of water and chips and music on our phone and we were the only people at the pool. The security people saw we had a chip bag on the camera (you are on video at all times) and ran over to the pool to insist we get rid of the food and drinks and to turn off the music. It was ridiculous. The condo was ok we didn’t cook or use any appliances. Just slept and watched TV.

It is unfortunate that you were not able to abide by the rules of the resort. The rules are in place to ensure the enjoyment of the facilities for all guests and food and drink are commonly not allowed at shared pools due to the possibility of contamination in the water.

I had a great stay! Everything was excellent, and the hosts were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Excellent location to Disney and Universal. Overall house was good. A couple updates could be made, but I would stay again.

Amazing home and host

The home was perfect for us and the host was super sweet and understanding with an unforeseeable issue that happened right before check out. Highly recommend this property for your family while vacationing!

Great Villa

This was our second stay at this Villa and will not be the last, we really enjoy the Villa and the whole complex from the very friendly security to the club house staff, I would recommend this Villa as a great place to stay when visiting Orlando

Nice place to stay perfect location.

What I like most about the property is that the play ground and pool was rite outside our door. The kids loved it! The area is very kid friendly. It's a great place for families.

House is a little tired inside but excellent location. The main heated pool was closed for the whole time we were there and satellite pools all unheated and too cold to swim in. This was disappointing but not the hosts fault.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home. The main pool is now back in operation, I am sorry that it was not open during your stay. I am not sure what was tired about the interior, however, we would note that the master bath has been completely renovated and the flooring on the main floor replaced recently

Good location needs some updating

Overall good had a minor issue and it was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Could use some updating especially in the kitchen. Would stay here again!
