After passing through two private security checkpoints, you will find this stunning home tucked away behind desert landscaping and at first glance, the home may even be a bit unassuming.

This all changes as the doors open, however, and immediately you will be welcomed to a spacious, open, and expertly detailed Grand living room, and as your eyes scan from end-to-end they are immediately drawn to the outside patio overlooking the 18th hole of Quivira.

While some guests may want to continue exploring the home's expansive and beautifully styled interior it is hard not to gravitate towards the large sliding glass doors that make way to the immense outdoor patio.

Here, you will find a large outdoor covered dining table which comfortably seats 8, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a family dinner.

As you emerge from the shade of the pergola and make your way onto the expansive, sun-drenched, outdoor terrace it is hard not to be overwhelmed by the complete beauty which surrounds you.

The edge of the infinity pool leaves a sharp line on the horizon to which the natural sand dunes and immaculate green grass of Quivira are contrasted with the deep blue of Pacific and clear skies overhead. If one could capture all the best elements of Baja from a single vantage point, this might be it!

The outdoor area also includes outdoor showers, a bar that allows guests to belly-up to the pool, wet bar for cocktail preparation, and plenty of plush seating for sunbathing. Whether reading a book, sipping coffee, smoking a cigar, stargazing over wine at night, or simply relaxing, there is guaranteed to be a perfect spot to settle.

The home also boasts a Gourmet kitchen with beautiful Viking appliances and stunning stone finishes and is ideal for a Private Chef or even Chef-guided cooking class over a wine or tequila tasting and can be easily configured for any desire.

Back inside the home, guests can explore the spacious horseshoe shaped home and claim one of the 6BRs, each with their own charm and personalized decor. Three of the largest suites allow for direct terrace access and the large casita is a perfect place for young kids to play or adolescents to enjoy their space.

The entrance to the community is a treat in itself as you enter through a Privately gated entrance and ascend down a winding hill overlooking the crashing blue waves of the Pacific. The winding road continues past sweeping natural sand dunes peekaboo views of Quivira Golf course, and luxury hotels such as the newly opened, and highly anticipated, St. Regis before finally turning into the private enclave of Coronado.

Staying at this property also grants access to The Market at Quivira, a collective of a dozen restaurants, convenience store, shops, and more. Shuttles also transport guests to/from Medano Beach, free of charge and on the hour.
