Experience Mount Pleasant like a local in this fabulous 7 bedroom (2 rooms have lowered walls for heating and cooling)- Giant open loft Cabin. We have 5 queen beds, 2 full/twin bunk beds, 4 single bunk beds, 1 king bed, and 1 full sized bed. This phenomenal property is perfect for large groups. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating/AC, washer/dryers & a massive Kitchen/Dining room! The 4 bathrooms with showers ensure everyone stays refreshed. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Mount Pleasant enjoying Skyline Mountain Trail.
Additional Guests & Camping Policy-

**End of Summer Special Rate (Aug-Sept 2026)- Up to 15 guests stay at discount. Groups over 15 have a charge of $20 per guest, ages 5 and up.

This property accommodates up to 30 overnight guests in the cabin. More than 30 guests requires $250 deposit for a portable potty. Alcohol free/ smoking free property/pet free property.

All overnight guests must be included in the reservation and approved prior to arrival.

If your group would like to bring additional sleeping arrangements on the property (such as tents, vehicles, or trailers), the following applies:

Dry-camping trailers: $50 per night per trailer
Tents: $25 per night per tent
Sleeping in vehicles (cars/SUVs): $20 per night per vehicle

All camping guests must be part of the approved group total. Contact Hostess.

House was plenty big for our sized group. We were there to play board games and the number of tables, chairs, and space were perfect for our retreat.

The house layout is odd. The kitchen is in the basement. On a floor with 4 bedrooms, there is only one bathroom. On the second floor there are two bathrooms in what I would refer more to as a loft. On the second floor, the two bedroom don’t have walls that go from floor to ceiling. The walls are more like partitions rather than walls. The beds were just ok. Maybe a step above a low-grade motel. The pillows had very little support. The property has a lot of space for a big family. It is quiet and peaceful. Close enough to the town to pick up supplies if needed.

Great location for our event in Fairview. We drove an electric car from California and were so pleased to find a charger down the street for us to use. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 11 to stay. The host was very responsive to an issue we had with one of the showers. Our highlight was the beautiful Mountain View’s!

24th reunion

The lodge was large and allowed all of our age groups to have space to spread out. The setting was peaceful and we enjoyed being out on the front patio or back basketball court. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen was well equipped even with spices and appliances.

Honestly the whole experience was fantastic! It accommodated my large family just right, and the grounds were perfect for all of the little kids to be able to run around and just have fun! There were only two things that kept the whole experience from being about as perfect as it could be. That was that one of the bathrooms was out of order and we weren't given any notice ahead of time that that would be the case. And the other thing was that there was an animal carcass in the crook of some of the large rocks that line the ramplike drive way where you have a walk out entrance to the basement/kitchen and dining area.Other than those two things, the property was just great and communication with the property/listing manager Cameo was phenomenal!

Words cannot describe how perfect this home is for a family reunion. The hostess, Cameo, was super easy to work with and so accommodating! The check in was so easy. The house was in excellent condition. At first I thought having the kitchen in the basement would be annoying but it turned out to be perfect. It was like having our own cafeteria. The seating area could accommodate 30 or more people. The kitchen had every thing we needed. Commercial sized sink, stove was great. The A/C worked super well and the house was always comfortable even during an extreme heat wave. The beds were all comfortable. The gathering areas on the middle floor were great and led out to a wonderful covered patio, front and back. The east facing one was perfect to appreciate the mountain view in the evening. The grassy area and basketball court (house includes Bballs!) were great for the kids. We enjoyed the next door proximity to fun sheep to watch. The closeness to town was so perfect. We enjoyed the city pool (only 2 pp on Mondays) and Cavalier pizza. Palisades State Park, Ephraim/Manti Temple, and Maple Canyon slot were all within 30 mins or less. This is such a great location! I highly recommend staying here!

Overall great place to stay!

Great location, close to stores, walking distance to a great park, quiet street and spacious property. Basketball court and porch sitting area. Large gathering areas/living rooms and plenty of seating to accommodate a big group. Our only complaint was that there's only 5 actual private bedrooms with doors and then a big loft area with half walls that counts as the other beds. It was great for the kids, we could have used one more private room, but we made it work ok. Still would highly recommend it!

Thanks so much for staying at our unique cabin! The upstairs open floor design is different and staying open like that is the best way to keep the area cool. We hope you made great memories! We are one of the largest cabins in the area and of the few that can perfectly handle larger groups and events. We hope to see you again!

We had a great time! The cabin is in a beautiful setting that makes you feel like you’re in the country but also 2 minutes from the grocery store. The space was great for a large group. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating and gathering areas. Just a few things to be aware of. They advertise this as an 8 bedroom when in reality it’s 5 private bedrooms and one giant loft with a little bit of seclusion for certain beds (half walls or open doorways). So if you need more than 5 private bedrooms this isn’t the place. Also, they ask you to clean the kitchen and dining room spotless or they charge an extra 200 on top of the cleaning fee you’re already paying. We were not aware of this and slightly bugged as we’ve never had to do that at any place we’ve rented before Overall it’s a great cabin, wonderful outdoor covered patio and a basketball court that our kids used constantly!

Ideal location- perfect size for large families! The views are so pretty- we loved sitting on the side porch as the moon rose over the mountains, relaxing, enjoying quality family time. Ample room for kiddos to play, toys for the little ones and basketball for the older kids as well as the biggest tv I’ve ever seen! Beds are plentiful and comfortable. The 4th shower was undergoing repairs and the 3rd shower upstairs could use a new shower nozzle so we fought for the main level shower which was a dream! Would love more electrical outlets in the upper level if that was possible but these are small fixes that did not deter from our stay. Cameo was quick to respond with questions and we very much enjoyed this respite!
