Great property, looked identical to the listing so no surprises. Super clean and great check-in/check-out instructions. Response from the owner was always quick and helpful! The option for garage parking was nice, but we always found street parking just outside the front door with no issue.

This is our second stay here and we absolutely love the property. It is just as advertised, clean and super quiet. We are able to walk to restaurants and cafes and easily drive into Oakland to meet our daughter at Pitt. We will stay here again!!

Overall this property was extremely clean and comfortable to stay in. The space was well equipped with all of the basic utilities needed to be self sufficient while away from home from several days to several weeks. There are grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance and the building itself provides a sense of security. I would recommend this location

Vibrant neighborhood with restaurants and groceries nearby. Very walkable. Marvelous Carnegie museum. Underground parking well worth adding for convience. Room compact but comfortable and quiet near elevator with full size appliances, comfy mattress and spacious bathroom. Atrium nice and quality exercise equipt. Wish exterior windows and area rugs cleaner but very well maintained. Secure. Thoughtful adds like shoe horn and lint brush and all we needed for a great easy stay.

Unfortunately the supplied entry instructions did not match what we had to do to enter the building. The parking garage did not have any indicators where is was and the lighting in the alley was very poor. Once inside the front door the ordeal to get into the unit was down right terrible.
