Ground floor 1360 sf two bedroom, two bath villa in exclusive gated Desert Falls Country Club. Located to watch the 9th tee on the Desert Falls Golf Course. Walk out onto the patio and sit on a deck lounger and enjoy the magnificent golf course views, snow-capped mountains & sunsets!

Directly across the street is a gorgeous Jr. Olympic pool and hot tub. Beach towels are provided for you to take with you to use at the pool!

Fully furnished unit with 55' SMART flat screen TV, cable, master bedroom TV & wireless high speed internet. Just bring your clothes, golf clubs or tennis racquet's and a toothbrush!

The large Master Bedroom Suite offers privacy and has a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. It has an oversized bathroom with two sinks, large soaking tub, shower and separate toilette. A king size bed and end tables and are surrounded by two large mirrored wall closets. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large mirrored closet with an adjacent bathroom. The unit also has a separate laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer.

Desert Falls Country Club is a 24 hours guarded gated community located across the street from the Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. The 18-hole championship Desert Falls Golf Course with its wide lush green fairways and snow caped San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountain scenery showcases the panoramic beauty of Desert Falls. Designed by Ronald Fream, this course was host to the first Frank Sinatra Celebrity Open. Golf Digest's Best Places to Play gave Desert Falls a Four Star Rating and the SCPGA lists Desert Falls as one of the Top Ten Courses. In addition to the pay as you play golf, your stay here includes use of: 9 lighted tennis courts, Pickle-ball Courts, 25 Pools and spas, a newly designed Fitness Centre with New Exercise Equipment, a Racquetball Court, Game Room and a relaxing Lobby. The unit is available for weekly, monthly, seasonal rentals, with the rates depending on the season and length of stay. The City of Palm Desert requires a 11% occupancy tax for stays less than one month. There is also a small cleaning fee and a fully refundable security/damage deposit required.

Overall, a great condo with everything you’ll need.

What a wonderful stay. This rental has everything you could ever want, incredible views, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, wonderful pool. Dianne & Ron are wonderful and made our stay the best. Would love to do this again. Thank You both

Excellent Condo in a Great Location

The unit is clean and neat as a pin. It has a great view of the golf course just off the 9th hole tees. One could easily just sit at the patio table and admire the beauty of the golf course and the mountains. It is very relaxing. Dianne communicated well and easily, and she clearly wanted us to have a good visit. Also, she left little things in the kitchen and bathrooms that made a our stay easier. We felt completely at home during our entire visit. We would highly recommend.

Best Desert Falls 2 BR Accommodation

My husband and I plus another couple have stayed at Desert Falls Resort many times, but we found this particular condo to be the best one ever. The back patio of the unit looks onto one of the Tees for the golf course and has the fabulous backdrop of the San Jacinto Mountains. The condo is ultra clean, has surely been remodeled, has new appliances including HD LED TVs in the living room and master bedroom, has excellent WiFI, and the owners are extremely helpful and accommodating. Desert Falls Resort itself is well situated with lots of amenities such as golf and tennis and access to great nearby restaurants. You will surely find this particular condo and the resort overall to be a great vacation spot.

Comfortable stay!

The condo is situated in a perfect spot for viewing golf, the mountains and sunset. Morning coffee was great to watch the birds. Comfortable space, comfortable bed, large Master bath and bedroom, well stocked kitchen and the condo was stocked with paper products not always found in a condo rental. Desert Falls CC is a fun course with challenging holes and it is semi public. Friendly community close to the grocery store, shops and central to visits to other parts of the Coachella Valley. Loved the pool right across the street from the condo. The neighbors and community are very friendly. Dianne was great to communicate with throughout our stay. We would stay here again!

Wonderful golf and tennis vacation in excellent villa

We had a great stay. The villa is very nice in all respects -- nice furnishings, many small details which make a vacation like this so much easier (e.g. the host supplied coffee filters etc). The villa is situated at 8th tee of golf course and the view is beautiful. The course itself is very nice as are the tennis/pickleball facilities. Very good supermarket nearby. Highly recommended. Suggestion: we managed fine with 1 car, but at times my son and I wanted to golf/tennis and wife wanted to do something else; 2nd car could have been helpful although we managed fine without.

Outstanding View!

Every winter when we come to the desert we stay in different condominiums to have different experiences. This condo has the prettiest view yet - pond, golf course, mountains. The owners also include a guest pass to the Health Club, which is an outstanding facility! The condo is nicely furnished and is ideal for 1 or 2 couples. The owners were very responsive and super helpful. Last but not least, the next door neighbors were delightful. So nice to enjoy a glass of wine, while watching the sunset, and be able to talk to people who are so familiar with the area. We highly recommend.

Stunning views and great location

Fantastic place to sit back and relax. Patio looks out over pond and golf course. You can watch the sunset over the mountains. Roomy compared to some other condos I’ve seen. It may not be as modern as some you’ll see online but the space and patio/view more than make up for it. Kitchen stocked well with dishes and pans although we BBQed every night. The grill needed some TLC when we arrived but once we took care of that, we used it every night. No need to go out to eat ever if you don’t want to. Great groceries stores within 4-5 miles. Loved how close the pool. Would definitely go back.

Everything you could possibly want

In all of the many years we have rented in the desert, this was the most completely stocked unit we have had. Dianne and Ron have a well-maintained home with a gorgeous view and a floor plan well suited to two couples or four people and were very easy to reach when we had a question. We especially loved the kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals - all the dishes and cookware anyone might need. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The pool and spa (heated) were across the street. A supermarket and several restaurants were a block away. This unit has everything you could possibly want.

Perfect Christmas break

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's in one of the best locations of the complex with incredible mountain and golf course views, quiet street and so close to a pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with tools and condiments. The bed was so comfy I was sad to go back to my own! We used the pool and hot tub every day and the pool floats were greatly appreciated. It's in a very convenient location in Palm Desert and took less than 20 minutes to get to hikes, shopping, downtown Palm Springs and the interstate. We would love to stay again in the future.

Christmas Week 2019 in Palm Desert

Dianne sent condo and check-in info ahead of our trip. Nicely appointed condo with a view of snow-capped mountains beyond the Palm-tree-lined golf course from the back patio. My spouse and I noted the well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, bar, and incidentals in other rooms. DR glass topped table that seated 6 was useful. The MBR TV/Cable was not initially operational, but it was approved immediately for a service call on the next week day. We had Christmas afternoon in the unit with our daughter, son-in-law, and 4-mo-old granddaughter. A great vacation week.

You won't be disappointed!

Great location, unbelievable view of the golf course and mountains. Close proximity to a very large pool. Owners were well organized, easy to deal with! Would highly recommend, Suitable for couples and families. Very friendly and welcoming community.

Spring Break rental

It was a very clean comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens, kitchen was well equipped with new appliances, and the living room and dining room were nicely furnished. The patio had a nice Weber BBQ, a patio table and chair set, and 2 very comfortable loungers. The view of the golf course was lovely and it was nice to be on the ground floor with a south facing view. The pool was close and never crowded, but the club house was not within walking distance. It was necessary to have a vehicle to access the tennis courts, fitness centre, and driving range. The floating pool toys were fun and made our pool time relaxing. Communication with the owners was excellent. Despite a higher price for a 2 week rental, I would highly recommend this unit for a beautiful getaway.

great place to rent

Very well equipped condo with killer view! New washer, dryer, oven/cooktop, refrigerator, 2 Tvs. Pluses we liked that others probably do not have: 3rd tv in guest room, 3 extra chairs in bedrooms to use anywhere in condo, new towels & linens, pool rafts, noodles, etc., & very nice, organized owners! Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Fantastic time!

We loved our stay at your condo in Desert Falls. The location in Desert Falls was wonderful, quiet, convenient, and exquisite view. The accommodations were most comfortable and the condo well appointed. The owners did a great job of providing detailed information regarding the unit. Highly recommend.
