This house is really nice, comfortable and very spacious. We didn’t even have a boat, but we had a great time just hanging out on the awesome dock, swimming, and playing with the kayak and SUP. The house had everything we needed and wanted - I’d highly recommend.

The house and grounds were beautiful, just like the photos. Having two full master suites on the main floor was a bonus. All the bedrooms were very large with plenty of room to move around. The house is on a quiet residential street with very little traffic which allowed for a nice place to walk and get a little exercise. There is plenty of room for parking several vehicles on the driveways and a private boat dock if you bring a boat. The hosts were very accommodating and communicated quickly both before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Perfect place for family vacation on the lake—-impeccably clean home and fabulous kitchen! The boat dock and lake access is convenient and the water views from the house are lovely. The home is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Host communicates well and made the stay feel effortless.

We had a wonderful Memorial Day trip and could not ask for a better set up and location on ky lake. This was a perfect set up for our family of 4 (2 children) traveling with a family of 5 (3 children). The house was very spacious impeccably clean. The kitchen was brand new/renovated as were all of the appliances and utensils. We were very impressed, especially with the gas range stove. We were able to launch our boat from the property and tie up at the beautiful double-decker dock. The bedrooms were large and extremely spacious. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The basement was wonderful for the kids to play and the adults had their separate area upstairs. Jan was a wonderful host and extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely plan on staying here again and are very grateful to have found this wonderful home. Additionally, the neighborhood is beautiful and safe. I ran alone in each morning with no concerns. The added bonus were the paddle boards and kayaks that my kids used in the rainy day. The cove is quiet and safe to swim, paddle board, and fish!

You can't do it better than this.

This place is perfect! It is so spacious, so clean, so beautiful... there's room for everyone, and something to do for everyone. Accessibility was a priority for us. If you have a member of your group who doesnt get around so well, rest assured, the ground floor is very accommodating. One step to get inside, very wide passages throughout, walk-in shower, huge balcony overlooking the lake. And as a huge plus, there is a concrete driveway all the way from the street to the lake! So if you have a golf cart or something similar, the less mobile in your group can have full access to everything this property has to offer. The home just continues to impress every time you turn a corner. No expense or effort has been spared. The owners are very easy to reach, and very accommodating! I always got the feeling that they truly wanted us to have an unforgettable vacation, and the personal touches upon arrival really put it over the top. The location feels extremely serene, safe, and private. It feels like you could leave your wallet on the front porch all week and not have to worry about it. There's no way you could be disappointed here.

Brought friends from London for their first experience at KY Lake. Awesome memory! Fully stocked kitchen, bedrooms very spacious and comfortable. We weren’t on top of one another. Patio and Dock were great. Jan was very responsive and provided some great direction on a couple of questions we had. We would love to rent her lovely home again!!
