High Grove is a lovely and safe gated community of 164 attractive, tile-roofed homes nestled around a beautifully landscaped clubhouse with resort-like amenities. Head minutes up Rte 192 to Disney’s Parks and the other world-class attractions, shops and restaurants that Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer. Or head up Rte 27 towards the quaint town of Clermont to find rolling hills, lakes, golf courses, orange groves, wineries and the less busy shops and restaurants that the locals frequent. About an hour to Atlantic beaches and less than two to the gulf beaches.. You can do something different every day for years!

It's a beautiful Mediterranean style community that feels like home. Unlike the majority of communities in Orlando, you can actually walk to a pub, McDonalds, Dunkin, Walmart and the Cagan town square with a number of independent cafes, restaurants and other services. Close to the action and excitement of Disney and the 192 but in a quieter location with easy access to less touristy Clermont and the Lake Districts. We take pride in our villas - all of them impeccably clean, always updated and fresh.
