The house is newly remodeled and beautiful! The kitchen is nicely stocked and the towels are very high quality. The beds are very comfortable! A great place to gather a large group!Christina was a fabulous host!

The quaint house has many ammenties, looked newly renovated, 7min from zoo, and would recommed any stay at this house. Good location

The home was in a perfect location to Xavier University. It was very close to downtown where we enjoyed Oktoberfest and the city attractions. Parking is great! Loved the many bedrooms and bathrooms. Had a very nice kitchen but did not have enough dishes or seats at the table for the number of occupants. We had difficulty with the air conditioning unit, but the host was very helpful and replied quickly. There were no directions for the WIFI or how to use the TV/Cable or Thermostat. Would definitely stay here again. Great unit for large group.

It was a great location for anyone visiting a family member or attending an event at Xavier University. We walked to the commencement ceremony for Xavier and didn’t have to fight traffic. If you have elderly family members who are part of your group, there is a bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor. Plus, every floor has a full bathroom. It was comfortable and the rooms were just as the photos described! If you have a large group to split costs, it’s perfect!

What a great house! Huge. Very large rooms and plenty of space for all to spread out. Centrally located with a short uber ride to dining and bars. We stayed the night before a Bengals game -which they WON! and it was just the right distance to the stadium. Highly recommend this property.

Reds Game Getaway

Stayed with friends for a short weekend. Place was updated and nice for a larger group. Only thing I would change is to have TVs in bedrooms. Other than that was perfect for our trip. Would stay again.

This home is as pictures show, has plenty of room for a big group and it’s very clean.has plenty of parking on the side of the home off the street parking . Beds are comfortable and best part for us was there are 4 bathrooms with shower so it was easy for all of us to get ready. The home is about 8 minute drive to downtown (that was a plus for us) neighborhood was a little off at first to us but we stayed for two weeks and neighborhood was actually really calm. The only downside we had was since we booked last minute they where in the middle of renovating the basement so during the day you could hear the guys working in the basement. Another recommendation is to verify with the host that the AC unit is working for upstairs because 2 floor and 3rd floor where really hot, There was a window unit installed in one of the rooms on 3rd floor which help for that room but wasn’t enough for the 2 room to cool . But once that AC problem is fixed home is really comfortable to stay at. I would come back to this home next time am in town .

Wonderful host, very responsive! Right next to Xavier U, so really great choice of visiting for events or students. We walked from the Cintas Center! House was lovely and perfect. Beds were comfortable and it's well stocked with linens and paper products. It's a drip coffee pot, so don't forget to bring your ground beans if you want them! All we needed to bring was food. Everything else was in the house for us. We appreciated the snacks and water, too!
