Please note that we do not provide extra linens for the sofa bed. This is a private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, and you’ll have the entire space to yourself. The gym and pool are shared with other guests and residents.

The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. If you'd like to do larger loads, there’s also a shared coin-operated laundry center on the property. The key for the pool and laundry is the same, and it will be provided in the unit.

You’ll access the apartment using a code we will send you, and the front door is equipped with a keypad for easy entry and exit.

For transportation, you have plenty of options! You can walk, use nearby scooters, take an Uber, drive, or use public transportation such as the train or bus. Parking is free in the large lot, but there are no designated spots—plenty of spaces are available, typically just a short walk to the unit. Important: You must place the provided parking pass inside your vehicle. Failure to do so will result in your car being towed.

Parking is free, but please remember to display the parking pass from your vehicle's rearview mirror. Ensure it’s left in the unit at checkout, as there’s a $250 replacement fee if it’s lost. Similarly, pool, laundry, or gym keys that are lost or unreturned will incur a $250 replacement fee.

Please note that this unit is part of a larger complex, and you'll share the pool and gym facilities with other guests and long-term tenants.

Important House Rules:

$1000 fine for smoking indoors; cleaners will report any evidence of cigarette or marijuana smoke.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Breaking this rule will result in a $250 fine.
$500 fine for any stains found on beds or couches.
Other Notes:

Bugs, insects, and spiders are a natural part of the environment. Please avoid leaving doors open, as we do not provide refunds for any encounters with insects. We have a monthly pest control service in place through Terminix.
The building controls the heating and cooling systems. Around December, the AC is turned off, and the heating is switched on for the winter months. In March, the heating is turned off, and the AC is switched back on. Once activated, you will have full control of the temperature. However, no refunds will be provided for any discomfort caused by these seasonal adjustments. We provide extra blankets if the heating is off and temperatures drop.
