This cozy and modern apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, ideal for preparing your meals. Enjoy a spacious living room to relax and a full bathroom for your comfort. There is parking space for up to 2 cars, so make yourself at home!

Enjoy a hassle-free arrival with self-contained entry. The apartment has a smart lock for easy access with a code, without the need for keys. So you can enter at any time with total security and comfort.
The Neighborhood:
The place is very quiet, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a pleasant stay. It is surrounded by stores and essential services, such as cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies. In addition, its excellent location allows you to reach Los Arcos in just 15 minutes and downtown Queretaro in 20 minutes. Everything you need is close by for a comfortable and carefree experience!
Getting Around:
You can easily move around in your own vehicle, private cab or public transportation, depending on your preference. The area has excellent mobility options for you to comfortably reach any destination.
Other Things to Note:
The accommodation is located on the third floor and requires a 50-step climb, so it may not be suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
There is no washing machine or dryer.
Being in an apartment building, noise from neighbors may occasionally be heard.
