Located in Jeffersontown, enjoy what this 1-bedroom condo has to offer. With a fabulous queen bed, soothing bathtub, and superb amenities like WiFi and AC, guests can relax and unwind in style. Experience what Jeffersontown has to offer with a stay at our condo. The best part about this place is that I’m directly across the street from a Kroger grocery store. One block of the left is a bowling alley and an arcade. There are tons of things to do around here. Majority of the best businesses in town are right around here. Also, there are food trucks a couple of feet walking distance from the condo one at the marathon gas station directly across the street one to the right that serves hibachi and a Latin one to the left.

I moved to this place from Ohio but I just recently got a good job offer down in Tennessee so I’m having to move again. I’m renting the place out for as long as I can until the lease ends in September. Hopefully, I can find a monthly renter. It’s an amazing place. I just have to go where the opportunity is best for me, but I don’t want to break the lease.

I chose this neighborhood because Jeffersontown is one of the most coveted suburbs of the Louisville area crime in this area is little to nonexistent. I feel very safe.

What makes this property so unique is the fact that it’s on the third floor and it’s the corner unit which means I have two more windows in my place than anyone else in the building. It’s really nice to open two of the windows in the living room and fill the breeze pull through the house Plus you’ve got a really nice view of the main street and all of the businesses on it
