For myself, my wife and our 11yo son, this place was perfect! Place was clean and easy to find. Close to downtown and very easy drive to other attractions (we went to Brewers game, the zoo and the domes). Parking onsite which is always a big plus in a downtown area. If you’re headed to Milwaukee and need a place that’s close to everything, this is it!

Nice upstairs unit, as pictured in listing. Bed was among the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Quick walk to grocery store and strip mall with dining options and easy parking on property or on street.

Great place to stay! 2 parking spots in the back were very convenient. Space is on the second floor but layout is spacious. Not too noisy but walkable to bars/restaurants/coffee shops

This was a perfect place for us! We were in town for my son’s graduation from MSOE. This location was perfect! I’m only disappointed that I found it for his graduation, I missed out staying here for the other 4 years he was at MSOE!

We had a great two-night stay in Milwaukee while we were in town for a concert at the Pabst Theater. The location was perfect, with everything just a short drive away. Having the parking spaces in the back was a plus. We loved being able to walk to Fairgrounds Coffee in the morning and then head over to Veterans Park to sit by the water. We also highly recommend Colectivo Coffee. Their breakfast croissants were so good and absolutely worth the stop on the way out of town. The place was comfortable, convenient, and made for an easy, enjoyable trip.

Great location for access to veterans Park and downtown

Great little upper apartment. Had everything we needed. You could not beat the location for access to the lake, veterans Park, and downtown.

It was a very nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Easy parking. Well equipped kitchen and nice shower in the bathroom. Short walk to Starbucks. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay in Milwaukee. Check in / check out was easy - Danielle provided all the necessary information. Location was great! Amenities for food prep were a little scarce but we made it work. There was a grocery store 2 blocks away that was very convenient.

Small but totally comfy and clean. Perfect size for two couples. Back parking was tight for 4 vehicles but we got lucky and found street parking. Would absolutely stay again!

Cute place

Cute apartment, good location. Less kitchenware than expected and it was scratched nonstick. Air conditioning is glorious - not throttled to lukewarm like some short term rentals. Owners are part of the no-topsheet trend, which has fans and non-fans. Mattresses are very comfortable.

This was by far our worst rental experience. There were zero instructions on how to access/enter the property. The stairs leading to the upper floor unit were treacherous to say the least. There’s no way those are code, let alone safe. We entered the unit and quickly noticed the 10” slope of the floors. The unit a very old and at one time appears to have been renovated but there is noticeable west and tear since then. The bathroom fan had years worth of dust, giant cob webs behind the dusty doors. We had to ask for the entry codes, no email or instructions were ever given. We had to ask where to take the trash out to. There was very little communication with the host. To top it all off, there was zero mention of the neighborhood bars that blast music until the early morning hours. There is absolutely no way that any negative reviews about this property aren’t being suppressed somehow. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else.
