📝 Other Things to Note

Please note that this is a tri-level townhome with stairs and no elevator access. We also have a strict no pet policy (we love them, but this home is not pet-friendly), and do not allow parties of any kind on the property. We do not allow smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind on the property (inside or outside - this includes cannabis)
There is no Uber or Lyft in Crested Butte, so please make transportation arrangements in advance if needed. The FREE local bus system is a great option and runs regularly during high season, but does not provide service from the airport.
We’re in an alpine environment, so snow (and lots of it) is always a possibility. Please plan your travel accordingly and pack with seasonal conditions in mind.

MINIMUM AGE: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the entire reservation. The person booking may not make a reservation on behalf of another group or individual if they will not be present during the stay. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request government-issued identification to verify the age of the primary booking guest.
