PEACHTREE is a new community in northeast Foley, AL. Sweet Escapes is a 4-bedroom house newly built within Peachtree known for peace and tranquility - away from the hustle and bustle. However, it is also minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, the regional hospital, etc. Of course, there’s the beach: a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach where the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white beaches attract all ages.

The single-story house is 4 bedrooms and 3 baths located on an exterior lot with privacy behind it. It includes 9 ft. ceiling heights, with 10 ft. trey ceilings in the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen and baths have granite counters and Shaker-style painted cabinets. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a huge island opens to the living room, and a large walk-in pantry for your groceries. A delight for those who love to cook and entertain. The primary bedroom is very spacious with 2 walk-in closets! The primary bath has a large shower, soaking tub, double vanity sinks, and a separate water closet. Mohawk Enhanced 7.5-inch vinyl plank flooring throughout - NO carpet in this home! A 3-car garage is available for your parking needs. The entire yard is sodded; therefore, please no ATV’s or trailers on or about this property.

Pet policy: 1 pet (dog only), maximum weight 25 pounds. Pet Fee applies. Prior approval required.

The house was a great place for my family to spend time in, while attending a celebration of life in Orange Beach for my brother. The bedrooms were spacious and the living room/ kitchen/dining area was a wonderful place for us to gather and visit. Loved the garage and fenced in yard.

The house was very spacious and a great use of space. When we encountered a problem with the AC going out, Pam and her staff were easy to reach and promptly got the problem resolved. The fenced backyard was perfect for the kids to play.

Great home overall. We had a few issues with some items in the home being damaged upon arrival, and the A/C went out while we were there, however the host did a good job in addressing the issues relatively quickly. The home was very clean, new, spacious, and comfortable. It is located in a private community not far from everywhere. It did not take long to get to Orange Beach, or really anywhere we wanted to go.

Plenty of shopping options around super nice house I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Rooms were spacious kitchen was very nice. Only thing I would recommend is bringing some cooking utensils other than that it’s a great place to stay

House was very beautiful. It was very large and spacious with a minimalist decorative appeal. Didn’t need to really worry about the kids breaking anything lol but the kids did enjoy the big open space that they were able to run around and play. It was extremely clean and the management company it was easily able to be contacted and responded right away.

We come to Foley often and we have stayed different places however we absolutely loved staying at this house! It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and was just like the pictures I saw online. We definitely want to stay there again when we come back!!
