Oceanfront Getaway w/Stunning Views & Soaking Tub
Your coastal retreat awaits. Discover your perfect getaway in our stunning new 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation rental, nestled in a tranquil neighborhood at the north end of Rockaway Beach. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views from spacious living areas and unwind on the outdoor balcony with seating and a gas grill.
This home was designed with connection and relaxation in mind. See "other details to note" for more information on the thoughtfulness that went into the build of this beach escape.
Don't leave your favorite family member at home!
We will allow up to 2 dogs.
We do have a few rules:
1) Please keep dogs off the furniture.
2) Please pick up after your dogs.
3) If you should leave, and cannot take your dogs with you, please crate them (we have a large crate available that we can loan you if needed).

With direct ocean access via a charming path, you can easily explore the beach or relax in the sun. The master suite boasts mountain views, a luxurious soaking tub, and an oversized shower for your comfort. Two queen size bedrooms are available on the lower level, along with a second living area and deck.
Mike and Kristinas place has been a long-awaited dream of having our own Oceanfront Getaway for family and friends to connect. This dream was recently realized when Mike, a longtime Portland contractor/builder teamed up with a local architect who has had many oceanfront builds and designed a modern 2 story that perfectly fit the lot to offer 180 panoramic views of the ocean from Manzanita to Twin Rocks. This stunning 2800 Sq Ft, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath bonus kids sleep loft w/both a family and living room is located on the last street in Rockaway's north end, far from the town's bustle.
The home's modern exterior possesses high-end materials including clear grain Alaskan yellow cedar, black composite windows, copper gutters, Brazilian hardwood decking, and all stainless steel railing. The interior was designed to maximize the panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining areas, family room, and wrap-around decks. An entire upper wing was dedicated to the primary bedroom with fantastic ocean views. With its private lanai, many windows to let in the beach air and ocean sounds, a large walk-in closet, and a beautifully tiled bath with a large soak tub and a totally unobstructed walk-in shower design.
The kitchen was designed for Mike's love of cooking. It features high-end appliances, expansive counters, drawers, cupboards, and a large butler pantry. The kitchen offers incredible ocean views while food prep and is stocked with all the staples and utensils needed for great at-home dining.
The lower level floor design allows guests to feel like they are in their separate quarters with 2 guest rooms open to a family/TV room. It also has a wet bar, under-counter beverage fridge, and 2 sliding doors to the deck facing the beach. Mike designed a loft for their 4 grandchildren to sleep and play. This room has 2 twin beds plus a full-floor mattress. It has a 5'3" ceiling height and is accessed by a 3-step ladder. The staircase to the upper level is a unique modern open stair design with powder coat black steel and clear grain native Doug fir treads.
Furnishings were all carefully selected to offer thought to both comfort and design.
Lastly, Mike enclosed the entire understory/ basement which will soon be updated with extra amenities. This area totals approximately 1200 Sq. Ft not including the garage and it can be either opened from garage doors on both sides or closed tight for winter use. This area has a pool table and sauna coming soon.
On the sidewalk to the beach, we installed a hot and cold shower area.
Mike and Kristina's place will not disappoint.
PacWest Vacation Rentals Agreement
A. Property Use: The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
B. Good Neighbor Policy: All guests must follow PacWest Vacation Rentals' good neighbor policy, avoiding illegal activities. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
C. Pets: Pets are not permitted unless specified in your reservation.
D. Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
E. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
F. Prohibited Activities: No commercial photography, filming, tents, or other structures are allowed.
G. Renter Liability: The renter is responsible for any property damage and agrees to cover any charges for damages during the stay.
H. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund. After that, cancellations made 30 or more days before the first night of the reservation will be refunded, minus the booking fee.
I. Travel Insurance: It is recommended to purchase travel insurance to protect against financial loss in case of a covered cancellation. For more information, visit Insure Stays.
J. Additional Terms:
No Permanent Residence: The property is for temporary use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence.
No Criminal Activity: The property may not be used for any criminal activity.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: May be available for an additional fee. Unauthorized late check-out may result in charges.
Maintenance Issues: Report any issues immediately; we will address them as soon as possible.
K. Legal Terms:
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Oregon law.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration in Oregon.
Limitation of Liability: PacWest Vacation Rentals and the property owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
