Welcome to this Quaint 1940s Cottage! This charming and colorful home offers everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay in the heart of Lynchburg. Enjoy a refreshing pool, soak in the hot tub or savor a freshly grilled meal with family at the picnic table, all while being minutes from downtown!

Located in a great area of Lynchburg, this cottage is within walking distance of Lynchburg University and just a short drive to many popular spots in the city. Guests can easily explore local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and attractions.

- The pool has a brand new liner installed in May 2025 and is not heated. The pool is typically open from late April through September. Please reach out if you would like confirmation for your travel dates.

- This is a pet friendly property. The pet fee is $150 per pet and up to two pets are allowed.

- Guests working or studying during their stay can connect to the extra monitor at the workspace using the provided HDMI cord.

Hot tub was wonderful, and the patio set up was so well done. Plenty of places to sit with a beautiful covered roof. Everything was clean and communication was easy. Very relaxing.

Wonderful Family Fun Home

This place is wonderfully appointed and comfortable. Host is very responsive. The back yard is everything with plenty of seating. We didn’t even leave the property it was so awesome. This will be our property of choice when we come from now on.

Weekend trip to visit Liberty University

A beautiful cottage about 10 minutes from LU. We had a great time in the pool after spending a 95 degree day walking around campus. Owners were super with comms and checkout was easy and quick.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! The backyard was the highlight of our trip—we spent every day outside enjoying the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and sitting under the covered patio. It was also perfect for bringing our dogs along; they loved running around the fenced yard, and it made the trip so much more enjoyable for us as a family.The location couldn’t have been better—it was close to our family so we could visit, but also gave us our own private space to relax. The host was very communicative, attentive, and quick to resolve a small trash pickup issue on the first day, which we really appreciated.The home was comfortable, the main areas were clean, and we loved that everything we needed was right there. Whether you want to stay in and relax or get out and explore, there are lots of parks, playgrounds, and even a nearby aquarium with fun hands-on experiences.We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the chance to stay here. We will definitely be staying again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Incredibly well-appointed property!! The hosts have gone above and beyond to keep their guests comfortable and think of everything they will need. The pool was beautiful and such a nice bonus during a super-hot week. The decor was beautiful throughout, with well-thought out uses for all spaces. Host was a great communicator and very helpful. The house had good security (door keypads & locked fence), a must for the neighborhood. Loved our stay & would definitely come again!!
