Each of the comfortable bedrooms offers a luxury bed to sink into, surrounded by elegant, themed furnishings and gorgeous murals for a fully immersive experience. Enjoy spectacular views from bed or stretch out and enjoy your favorite TV show. The kids can enjoy creative play while climbing the playhouse-style bunk beds in the “Kids Camp” room. House Rules

Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to make a reservation.

Smoking Policy: No smoking inside. Violators will incur a fine.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.

Pets:

We warmly welcome dogs to our home, and there is an additional pet fee of $150 for the first pet, $100 for the second pet, and $50 for each additional petand that must be settled prior to check-in. Dogs must be in a crate when left alone in the house. No cats allowed. Any pet above 50lbs needs special approval from the host. A $500 fine will be charged for bringing a dog/ pet without permission.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Any damage will be charged to guests.

Hot Tub Rules:

$250 fine for not following hot tub rules.

No glass, food, or drink allowed in the hot tub.

Please shower with soap and water before entering.

Wipe feet before entering.

Replace the cover after use.

Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. Misuse that requires additional cleaning will incur a charge.

Additional Guidelines:

No fireworks. Prohibited within PFCCA Administration Code Chapter 111-3 . An automatic fine of $500 will be administered.

Bears: Please do not leave trash outside.

No parties.

Local guests must communicate with us before booking.

Only registered guests may stay overnight. We can host a maximum of 14 guests, and infants (under 2 years) do not count toward this limit.

Additional fee for more than 4 guests, $20 per person/per night.

For guests with no reviews / negative reviews / unverified profiles. please note we do require a $500 USD Refundable damage deposit to be paid. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages, etc. to our home after your stay)

Only flush toilet paper. We have a septic system.

We happily welcome dogs to our home, with an additional pet fee: $300. These fees must be paid prior to check-in. Dogs must be kept in a crate if left alone in the house. Pet Waste Policy

Outdoor Relief Only: Please ensure your pet relieves itself outside. Indoor accidents, including the use of potty pads, are not permitted.

Clean Up After Your Pet: Guests must promptly pick up and dispose of any pet waste.

Indoor Accidents & Fees: Any instance of your pet urinating or defecating indoors will be considered a violation of our house rules. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged immediately if an accident occurs.

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space clean and enjoyable for all guests. Thank you!

General Conduct:

Respect the community guidelines posted in the house.

Check-out is at 11 AM.

Weapons are not permitted on the property.

Please do not rearrange furniture.

Remember, you’re in a home, not a hotel. Treat the space with care. We’ll address any issues as soon as possible, but there is no on-site staff 24/7.

Accountability:

You are responsible for any damage or rule violations that result in additional costs to future guests.

Violations may lead to immediate removal without a refund.

Consideration:

If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n’ Play/travel crib and high chair. Enquire for additional details.

Community badges can be collected from the Administration Office, 182 Lake Road. Guest registration and fee are required with Pocono Farm Country Club Association 72 hours before check-in.
