Place was pretty clean except for some ants in the bathroom. Furniture was comfortable. A good place to stay for the weekend!

The only good part was the bed, it was comfortable. The place has too many air fresheners going, I'm sure to mask other odors. The chair and couch were both dirty, very obvious stains that have been there for awhile. Kitchen had crumbs in the drawer and silverware holder so I stopped looking after that. Bathroom was ok but long strands of hair on shower wall. community bottles of shampoo and gel is gross.. You have no way of knowing what someone has put in those.

I wasn't going to say anything but feel a need. This guy didn't pay for the stay on time. Check in instructions went out to him before VRBO informed me he was delinquent. So I had to message him and believe he got offended. Told me he had until the check in date to pay which is never the case. Glad he said something positive about the comfortable bed. But the comment about multiple sprays and insinuating any air freshener is simply to cover odors is false. We have one airwick in every unit and guest give positive feedback for how wonderful our places smell. Wouldn't give this guy any credibility. Pay on time next time and no one will have to collect you last minute.

Helpful host, clean apt., and great location in DT. Only drawback was the noise from main entry gate and the constant sound of cars revving etc.

Great communication with host, who was very accommodating.Property is a rather old and has it's quirks and makeshift updates. Essentials were there. Kitchen utensils seemed as if mostly furnished from Goodwill. Plates, bowls, cups very good. Blender worked better than the two I own. I didn't enjoy seeing food lodged in cracks.Crazy ants inhabit the area and got into the apartment from time to time. I saw no evidence of roaches.The front door of the unit stuck shut and was very difficult to open until I discovered tricks. I suspect that this may already have been fixed, or will be very soon.Beautiful courtyard.The area seemed safe. It was too hot outside to walk around much. Anytime Fitness is literally just around the corner.This apartment, with its quaint furniture, definitely has its charm, and was worth the price.
