Be close to everything at this cozy cottage in popular Capital Heights. Only 5-10 mins to LSU Stadium (4 mi), Downtown River Center (2.5 mi), I-10 (1.6 mi), & local Casinos (3-5 mi). A day trip to NOLA French Quarter is only 1.25 hrs (80 mi) away.
Just 1 block from Government St & S Acadian Thruway with popular restaurants & unique shops plus 2 nearby parks with golf courses, playground, dog park & children's museum.
We also boast an active downtown community of museums, cultural arts, restaurants and historical landmarks, plus our state Capitol with scenic and historical grounds and lakeside park. Stroll along the levee of the mighty Mississippi River levee or enjoy llive music on Friday afternoons at Life After 5 - 13 SOCIAL, and much more!

COMPLIMENTARY DIY breakfast items and condiments are included during your stay (eggs, bacon and/or sausage, pancakes and/or waffles, grits, cereals, bagels and/or toaster pastries, etc. BYO milk, juice, and/or fruit.
As a recent professional renovation, modern features include all new wood floors, slab granite kitchen counters and custom cabinets, stainless appliances, and whirlpool bath.

Relax outdoors at the wrought iron table and chairs under the covered patio. Cook outdoors at the BBQ grill or relax by the fire pit on stools made from recycled tree trunks. Play ball sports, darts, water splash or play chase and fetch with your dog. ... All within a privacy fenced rear yard.
