Fantastic location within walking distance to the beach. Very clean property with coastal vibe. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Only drawbacks were dryer was not working properly and doors are very difficult to lock/unlock.

Thank you, washer and dryer, are only 6 weeks olds, the warranty tech ordered a new control board for the dryer. The doors can be tricky if you don't understand you have to lift the handle up.

This was a great rental experience. The cottage is within walking distance of the beach and the the marketplace. Everything you could need or want while you are staying is there for you. Plenty of towels, a full kitchen, coffee and tips to enjoy your stay. The cottage was immaculate.

The unit itself was great.Well appointed and had supplies eg trash bags, laundry soap, etc. one of the nicer units we have stayed at. The gas grill starter would not engage so we had to use a match. The grill itself could use a cleaning. It worked which is a plus. Totally unrelated to the unit , the beach erosion was severe. The owner may have communicated this we don’t recall. The beach is a major reason visitors and families come to Maushop. The beach requires repair. Again, the unit itself was clean and well appointed.

Beach vacation
We loved our vacation! The house is adorable and decorated with cute beach decorations...the neighborhood is pretty and the people are very kind. Its Mashpee commons are close by for fun shopping and restaurants. We would absolutely recommend and come back again !

4th of July weekend
Great location, cute place, & a wonderful beach. The people were friendly too. Even on the 4th, the beach wasn’t too crowded. Wish the checkout was later, but definitely worth the trip. Glad we lucked into it.

Very nice unit. Problem with smoke detector, management responded immediately and took care of the problem

Great stay at this property. Easy walk to the beach and coffee shop and food. Cute community that feels very “Cape Cod”. Place was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.
