This cottage was in an ideal location and just as described. We enjoyed walking down to the beach each morning. Communicating with the owner was seamless. We would stay here again.

We had a great week in spite of the weather. Sitting on the upper balcony is a treat, as you can see and hear the ocean. Lovely property.

Great property with ocean view

This condo was clean and perfectly situated for our long weekend on the Cape. Just steps from the private beach with great views. And the location is perfect - super easy to get to restaurants and shopping!

Lovely property, gorgeous views

Maushop is the perfect place for a family getaway right on the ocean. The property was clean and spacious for a tiny cottage. We had a wonderful time.

Awesome beach-front cottage!

The place was perfect for our family of 4! All the amenities we needed, right on beach, and very comfortable for a relaxing stay. We found ourselves driving over to Falmouth quite often for restaurants, shopping, and fun. Highly recommend!

Lovely Cottage

We had a wonderful time and the cottage was perfect!! It had everything needed to enjoy the beach, golf, and relaxing on the balcony!! The host thought of all the that would make for a great time

The Perfect Getaway

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. It was the perfect home and location for our family getaway. Everything from the views, to the well thought out accommodations, the neighborhood- just perfect. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We look forward to returning!

Perfect Family Getaway Near the Beach

We had a wonderful stay! This home was a perfect fit for our family with two young boys. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. While you really can't go wrong with how close any cottage in Maushop is to the beach, this one is basically knocking on the ocean’s door - which was a huge bonus for us. We appreciated how family-friendly and well-stocked everything was as well. We’d definitely love to return!

Great experience

Great location, close to the beach in a quaint Cape Cod village. The cottage was very charming and fit all our needs. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Lovely little home away from home

More and more we value the feeling of a home away from home, rather than a hotel. This property was exactly that, our family was immediately comfortable and had everything we need at our fingertips. Beautiful, cozy and close to so many wonderful things, we can't wait to come back during the proper summer season.
