The accommodations were great. We really enjoyed the back yard - the hot tub and the pool. The landscaping was beautiful, the lemon trees and the choice of plants around the house, and the view of the mountains from the pool were wonderful. The house itself had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of closet space. The mirrors in the bathrooms were hung a little low for some of the taller people in our family. Other than that, our stay was great, we had a wonderful time.

Great location

The house was in a great location. We loved the pool and hot tub. The house in general is a bit tired. Bathrooms are adequate but not fantastic. Furniture feels a bit worn.

Wonderful house

A perfect house for us in a great location near downtown. Comfortable beds and furniture….beautiful heated pool. Would rent this place again!

The house was very accommodating and located close to everything.

Pool and hot tub

Pool and hot tub were the highlight. Outside area, grass and patio were nice. Location was convenient. There were 6 of us and we had enough space.

Perfect spot

This house has a nice feeling - a sort of simple, honest unfussy and yet loved little place. It was perfect for us, with a great pool and hottub that we used every day, and comfy straightforward spaces, easy to live in, easy to straighten up, relaxing. We loved all the interesting colorful artwork, brought in from an art center that sells work by disabled artists. We went out for great hiking and eating mostly but did cook in one night and found the kitchen well-equipped. The owners were very quick to respond and positive in tone. All in all, highly recommended. We would happily return!

Good place with a great pool/spa

My family and I enjoyed our week in this PS home. It was cozy and comfortable, and has a fantastic pool/spa. The only, fairly important flaws were that the water pressure was very weak (pipes need to be flushed clean), and the showers don't have sufficient glass/curtains to ensure water doesn't spray outside the basins (this made showering tricky). Though overall, we still had a good stay.

Fun MCM Authentic

This place was really cool because it's a true, vintage MCM home. Not posh and remodeled to perfection -but moderately upgraded to reflect the patinaed authenticity. It's sparsely furnished with cool vintage finds. The collection of original art is totally awesome with a common thread connecting the artists and a printed description of each in the Welcome Book. The interior and exterior furnishings were worn yet comfortable and the mattresses were great! My only concern was that there was not enough lighting imho. The house being vintage, I realize the opportunity for lighting fixtures is restricted -but the choices for some of the lights were just not good, especially the exterior and in particular the carport and front entry of the house where we struggled.

Great retreat, amazing pool

Fantastic all around!

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. Sherri was so kind and thoughtful. From helping with renting to installing child alerts on the doors she went ABOVE AND BEYOND! The house had everything (and more) that we needed and was extremely clean. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood and close to everything. We loved the pool and spent many hours playing in it. Thank you again Sherri for all that you did for us. We would love to come back again.

Quintessential Palm Springs Home

The property was absolutely amazing inside and out. The property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. If you're looking for a place to enjoy beautiful views and landscaping while lounging by the pool, this is a perfect choice.

Spring Break Getaway

Perfect property for the two of us. Overall, a very good experience renting this house. We will rent this property again when we make our way back out to Palm Springs.

January Vacation

This ia a beautiful mid century modern house. Well stocked with anything you could need—including iron, ironing board, clothes steamer, plenty of kitchen towels, extra bath and beach towels, lamps. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views, spa and pool. We loved everything about the house and our stay in Palm Springs! Fabulous.

Just as pictured

We have stayed in the Racquet Club area many times in the past 10 years. This is a quiet area and has many options for just walking around the neighborhood. The 'atmospheric river' occurred while we were there, so we didn't have a chance to use the pool. The spa was used once and it was very nice under the stars. The house has a standard floor plan and the kitchen was well stocked. The manager Sherri was very responsive when we had a question. Thanks Sherri !

Fantastic Palm Springs house

Fantastic holiday home in the heart of Palm Springs. Light and spacious classic mid century modern home with all amenities. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows too. The beautiful pool and orange diving board were an absolute highlight. Would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, central location

The house itself is great for a family to spread out. We enjoyed the open space, the large kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The AC worked great and kept us cool in July. The swimming pool was the wow factor and was equally amazing during the day and at night, when it could be lit up and enjoyed with a hot tub. The location is super central, too. Everything was within a moderate walk or a short drive. Sherri was a good communicator and stayed in touch with me throughout the booking process and stay.

Relaxing getaway close to downtown

Great location for a relaxing Palm Spring getaway! We were able to walk downtown, or take a $5 Uber pretty much anywhere. Highly recommend the pool and spa- property manager’s instructions for pool heat were super easy to follow. I would recommend staying here for your Palm Springs trip if you want a relaxing, quiet space in a good location.

Celebrating our entry into the "70's"

The property met our expectations, clean, roomy, and well stocked with linens, appliances, etc. We did find the bathrooms very cold, but we did stay during the coldest 2 days of the season. I'm wondering if the cold had something to do with me not being able to lock the door using the deadbolt. We introduced our 4 1/2 year old grandson to skiing...again, wishing it was a little warmer. Thanks for providing us with a very positive experience!

Great Time in Palm Springs!!

We really enjoyed our stay - we'd never been to Palm Springs before and the experience was just what we hoped for - the pool and spa were great - very relaxing with the view of the mountains in the background. We took a trip up the mountain on the tram - and that was lots of fun, too! Many thanks!!
