Welcome to your relaxing getaway that's close to trails, town and golf course :)
This is a newly updated townhome with vaulted ceilings that boats 1365 Sq Feet and it feels even bigger. It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) plus a loft. Both bathrooms have a tub to take a bath in. It easily sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. We know everyone is different so we have tried to include a variety of pillows and bed types. There are beds from Ghost bed, American Bedding, Layla, and Ashley furniture.
It's well appointed and has new appliances that include a full size fridge, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, toaster, Keurig machine, 2 smart TV's and much more. It has an electric fireplace with multiple settings. There is also a water softener and a reverse osmosis water filter so no need to buy or bring drinking water.
It's also in an AMAZING location that is within walking distance of nature trails and the golf course but its also less than a mile from the center of town. It is a part of the well respected Spur Landing community. Check out some of the communities reviews here. This is Home 52 in the popular Spur Landing Subdivision

We are a family / pet friendly home. We have included a desk where you or your kids can do schoolwork or just surf the web. We also have pet bowls, a kennel and even a pet bed for your convenience. The back door goes right out to the large enclosed porch and the stairs provide easy access to let your dogs out. To the right of the back steps is the golf course and to the left is multiple trails to venture out on.
There is also a retro arcade for your kids or your inner kid :)
It has games like Pacman, Digdug and Galaga
We have tried to make this our home away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our favorite part of the home is the custom Juniper live edge countertops. We love bringing our kids and fur balls here to enjoy a relaxing stay near nature and we hope you love it as much as we do.
Parents / person who books is responsible for all guests.
Hazardous areas: stairs, low deck railings, low area in loft on 2nd floor, fire place, stove etc... No baby gates or plug covers.

Great place. Loved the layout especially for traveling with 2 small dogs. In closed deck made a safe place to let the dogs off leash and you could stand on the deck to let the dogs down the stairs to pee on a long leash.Aaron was great to communicate with you instantly felt comfortable that it was going to be a nice place to stay.

This place provided it all. There is plenty of space. Comfy beds. The kitchen is well stocked. And the location is great.The conversations I had with the host were professional and prompt. No complaints from this traveler.

House was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Had every necessity - just would say bring your own sugar/flour for the home if cooking or making coffee there. Also was surprised to not have a BBQ grill but campsites close to the house (one less than a mile from the house) had outdoor charcoal grills to use for a day charge of 10.

This was our second at this property. We love it. Very clean, quiet. Property owners attentive to issues and respond quickly. Would highly recommend.

Great Stay
This property was perfect for our trip. The location was perfect for all the hiking we did and house was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The hosts for this property are outstanding as is the facility. However, Spur Landing is an HOA style community that does not accept motorcycles. Neither street or dirt can be parked in front of the apt. Nor can you park a van or trailer. Everything has to be put in a tiny overflow parking area that might support 4 full size vehicles The other owners in Spur Landing are extremely rude when you park in front for 2 minutes to drop off an article of clothing. Very much a Boomer generation of Karens. So if you are going to Cloudcroft to ride motorcycles avoid this listing and I really hate to say that because everything else is so good.
