Every beautiful detail was planned with you in mind, because our passion is creating places for inviting people! Modern, Scandinavian, and mid-century inspired décor is as inviting and cozy as it is magazine worthy. We can't wait to hear you rave about our bamboo mattresses, butter soft bamboo sheets, and the best sleep you've had in a long time! Your first stay with us certainly won't be your last!

The Space:
We want everyone in your family to have the BEST time. Our "secret" kid reading/play nooks, complete with twinkle lights, will be a fun surprise for your little ones. The tire swing and giant yard games will keep the older ones entertained (giant connect four, giant jenga, cornhole, and bocce ball). The 55" tv, comfy couch, and fuzzy blankets will ensure a perfect movie night.
We're willing to bet you'll be spending hours on the deck under our huge oak tree, with far reaching forest views. The location of our cabin could not be better -- second tier from the lake, yet secluded... nestled in the trees, yet below a main road (always plowed in the winter) allowing for a quick 5 minute drive to Blue Jay village (aka Starbucks and a grocery store, restaurants and delicious take out food).
Words and pictures can hardly do justice for the huge A-frame windows that will blow you away from your first step through the door. You wouldn't be the first guest to ask about extending their stay, and we can't wait for you to return on your next getaway!!!
Unlike most cabins in Arrowhead, @To_Dwell_Here properties ALWAYS have AC for the summer and a back-up generator for the winter, ensuring that weather never spoils your vacation! Guest Access:
**Lake Access: All our guests are welcome to use our lake passes for accessing the lake trails! We have recommendations on the best places to swim or relax on the sand.**

The Neighborhood:
We're 5 minutes from Blue Jay Village (aka grocery store, restaurants, drug store, and a Starbucks), 10 minutes from the Lake Arrowhead Village (more restaurants, shops and grocery store).
We manage another gorgeous home a few doors down called The Boujee Basecamp, which easily holds two families. We welcome you to book both for an epic getaway!
We have the KINDEST neighbor and ask that all our guests respect quiet hours (10pm-8am).

Getting Around:
In the warm months, get out on the lake with our friends at Mackenzie Ski School. Enjoy walking around the Lake Arrowhead Village, where kids feed ducks and run around on the grass of waterfront park. SkyPark at Santa's Village is always a hit year round with fun outdoor activities for all ages. Take a picnic to MacKay Park overlooking the lake, or enjoy the beauty of Dogwood trails. Half day visits to Lake Gregory or Green Valley Lake are also highly recommended.
In winter months, come up for snow sports! We're exactly half hour drive to Snow Valley Ski Resort, 20 minutes to the Snowdrift tubing park, and 5 minutes to a great sledding area (yup, we provide you sleds!). And with all the outdoor space at Oak Tree A-frame, you'll hardly have to leave the property to get your fill of snow play!

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
