- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

- The maximum number of guests is 4. Please do not exceed this limit.

4. Keep the Property Secure:
- Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

5. Respect the Neighbors:
- Avoid making excessive noise, especially in shared or common areas. Respectful communication with neighbors is important.

- Trash area is located in front of the building just outside the underground parking lot.

7. Kitchen Use:
- Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean up after yourself. Before Check out please place all dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.

8. Use of Appliances:
- Kindly follow the instructions for any appliances provided. Notify us immediately if something breaks or isn’t working properly.

9. Report Issues Immediately:
- If something is damaged or malfunctioning, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

10. Accidental Damage:
- We understand accidents happen. Please inform us if any items are damaged so we can replace or repair them as needed.

11. No Unauthorized Guests:
- Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted.

12. Safety Guidelines:
- Please familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits.

13. Respect for the Environment:
- Please conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use.

17. Excessive Cleaning Fee:
- If the property is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of $200 USD may be charged.

18. Early Check-out Due to Rule Violations:
- Failure to adhere to these rules may result in early termination of the reservation without refund.

19. Checkout Instruction: please turn off all airconditioners, and lights when leaving, please place all dishes in the dishwasher.
