Five Star Vacation

Great location

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Rob's home. It's very close to beach! Rob was very responsive, and he was great to work with. I would certainly stay here again.

Nice house with short walk to uncrowded beach.

My family had a great time at Croatan Beach. The house was on the corner of the road that led directly to the beach access path. We enjoyed walking to the beach for the day, and then again for a nighttime stroll. Great family vacation.

Great House, Great Location

The house was as described, spacious, clean and well appointed. It's an easy short walk to the uncrowded Croatan beach, especially with the big wheel beach carts provided by the Host. We would definitively rent again.

Lots of Room for all of us

The property was in great shape and provided lots of room for all of us. The beds and bedrooms were huge and luxurious. It was an easy 2 block walk to the beach and the provided beach chairs, boogey boards and beach buggies were greatly appreciated!

Great Family Vacation House

This property is located within a quick walk to an uncrowded beach. The owner has appointed the house very well - we cooked our meals almost every night there and had everything we needed for preparation. The garden is amazing too! It's obvious that this is a well-tended home.

We had a great stay. A well kept house with all the necessary amenities. Great location, just a short walk from the beach, on the better side of VB. The landlord was super nice. The 4 out of 5 stars because the price, rather pricy....

Excellent house for beach

Very nice house all around. Short walk to beach, and also close to shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is well-kept and quiet. Rating is actually 4 1/2 stars, only complaint was one tire of the beach cart had to be pumped -up each day.

Great location

The house was just as presented and Rob was always available to answer questions. The masks and keurig provisions were a nice touch! The walk to the beach was pretty short and we were really happy with how uncrowded it was. It made for a very relaxing vacation.

Eye Catcher Sportfishing

My team rented this property for our stay during the Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament. We found it to be as advertised. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. My guest enjoyed staying there. I would certainly rent it again for future tournaments.

The house was just as described and was very clean and well maintained. All the fun stuff that we needed for the beach. Awesome location and house for families. We had my parents and our 4 children with. We all had a fabulous time!

Great beach stay!

Outstanding property! Roomy, comfortable, extremely well stocked, great location. Very clean. Lots of great extras including beach chairs, carts and boogie boards. Beach was wonderful; easy 2 block walk, sand bottom as far out as we could stand, not at all crowded. Nice, usable back yard and deck. Extremely easy working with home owner.

Fun and very clean home near the beach

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It was very clean, everything you needed for the kitchen, and plenty of towels for everyone. All the bedrooms were very nice and a television in each bedroom. Living room area was spacious and comfortable, House was very tastefully decorated. Robb was available 24/7 if you needed him. We were completely satisfied with our stay.

Great Beach Vacation!

House is beautiful and as described. Practically everything is brand new. Our family of six had plenty of room to roam. Coatan beach is wonderful and not crowded. Board walk was fun and not too far. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. One of our best VRBO stays ever. Thanks Donna and Robb!

This home is beautiful and a very easy walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas available were in excellent condition. Robb is a very gracious and informative home owner who is always available. The home is 5 minutes from the aquarium and waterpark which makes it great for families.

Location and privacy

Beach is only 100+ yards up the street with easy beach access. Because this is in a residential area, the beach was not crowded at all! It's only a few min drive to the boardwalk. House was awesome! Host provided beach towels, beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and has 2 carts with huge wheels. Rooms are nice and loved having 2 master suites. Definitely would stay there again.

Great place to get away and relax!

The house was perfect for my family. The close access to the quiet, relaxing beach was so great. The rooms were spacious and we had plenty of time to enjoy it. The kitchen was so nice and we enjoyed cooking in it. We took walks around the neighborhood and it was quiet and the people we met were so friendly and helpful. We felt safe letting our 2 teenage grandchildren go to the beach alone too. Not sure where we will go next summer, but we would gladly recommend this place to our friends.

Short 800 feet walk to toes in the sand. Semi-private beach next door to the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. My favorite thing to do is to get up earlier and watch the sunrise in the morning with harding anybody in site. Seeing the Osprey dive for fist and watch the dolphins hunt for breakfast. I great way to start your day!
