Leah, thank you for sharing you feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the pelicans on the river! All linens are freshly laundered between every stay, but we hear you on the overall presentation and our team will be doing a thorough walkthrough to address anything that may appear worn or stained. We wish we had known about the washcloth and dish towel shortage during your stay so we could have brought more right over. We are also stocking additional towels so future groups have plenty on hand.
