Escape to this brilliant cottage in picturesque The Villages. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, 2 bathrooms with modern amenities, and an additional office space with a murphy bed. It also includes a 4 seat golf cart! It is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood in the highly sought-after village of Duval. It is a short distance from the Sea Breeze Rec Center and the Duval (adult only) pool. It’s a golfer’s oasis with 8 – 10 golf courses within minutes including Sandhill, Turtle Mound, Truman, Roosevelt, Bogart and Bacall. It is also close to the Pinellas Plaza and Colony Plaza shopping areas. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and unwind in this fantastic home away from home. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Come to The Villages and get access to pools, golf courses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, bag toss, bocce ball among other activities. With over 3000 clubs, join others in playing Mahjongg, Samba, Euchre and many other games. Two town halls are just minutes away, offer nightly entertainment, shopping, and numerous dining options. The temporary resident IDs are available for two for $50.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in through checkout. Traveling with our three small dogs, we especially appreciated how pet-friendly the home was, and the fully fenced yard gave us peace of mind. The location was quiet, convenient, and close to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this property again. Thank you for providing such a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation!

Wonderful villa residence. The central location is a great value and makes exploration of The Villages easy. It is pet friendly, quiet, multiple outdoor seating areas, very well decorated and supplied. Plan on returning next year.

This was a great location for us, taking the golf cart to dinner was a highlight. The house was clean and had everything we needed and the host was so easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this house again!

This property was exceptional for our visit to The Villages. It is not always easy to find the perfect accommodations while traveling with your dog. We were looking for a quiet, clean, well-appointed property that offered comfort, convenience, beautifully furnished, fully equipped and yet fully fenced for our dog. This rental checked all of these boxes! Our Host, Melanie, was very responsive throughout the entire rental process. The communication was great and we had no issues during our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your place, it was lovely and we hope to return again!

The place was perfect. Exceptionally clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning and evening. My wife commented numerous times on how nicely it was decorated as well.

Comfortable and relaxing

The property did not feel like a rental, felt more like a very cozy home. The decor was superb. Very clean and equipped with everything you would need. Quiet atmosphere. I would stay there again. I give it five stars.

The home is centrally located which allowed using the golf cart to travel to Sumter or Brownwood Town Squares quick and easy. The home has a beautiful and comfy feel, and everything was in great working condition. When I needed to contact the host, I got a quick and very helpful response. I was able to extend my stay an extra week with no trouble I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit The Villages.

A Very Comfortable Stay

First time using VRBO and I must say, we enjoyed the home and location. We were there to purchase a home and wanted to be close to our desired area. The rental was even as described. Comfortable, very clean and well stocked. The communication between both parties couldn’t have been any better. In fact, we left something in the home and it was placed in today’s mail to be delivered to our home in Nashville. Would highly recommend this facility if you need a great place to stay.

I love the convenient open floor plan of the villa. Each bedroom had its own separate bathroom and there was a Murphy bed in the back area if another bed was needed. I loved the wood blinds on the windows and on the doors, it gave a nice touch of privacy. The villa was clean and ready for guests. During our day, I had a couple of questions and the host was quick to answer. I do have family that live in the Villages and look forward to staying here again!!

We have no complaints (which is unusual because there’s never a “perfect” property). But I have to say, even after consulting with my wife, neither of us came up with any negative criticism, however minor or insignificant it would have been. The property was perfect and suited our travel needs exactly.The value for what we spent was exceptional! The golf cart being included in the rental without having to rent one from a rental company or business was a huge incentive and definitely brought significant value to the booking. The linens, decor, and accompaniments were exceptional. It was a comfortable space, well decorated, and welcoming. The yard was big enough for our four legged family to do what they needed to. The surrounding area was quiet, clean, the local residents super friendly and very hospitable. The location of this property was generally central to the popular areas/town squares. The host was VERY organized, and provided rental information which left us needing nothing extra in the way of guidance or help. It was a smooth, easy process. We can’t say enough good things, and we look forward to staying here again in the near future!
