Chad was extremely responsive with any questions we had coming into our stay. The property was well stocked for a large group. We had a golf trip planned along with a boat day. With many traveling a long ways we didn’t need to pack much of anything to enjoy ourselves at this beautiful property. Amazing view, just bring sunglasses because the sunset coming down on Deer Lake is bright coming through the big picture window/deck! Hoping we can get back again. 10/10 recommend for a big group.

Very nice place for the money with lots of great amenities and a view unmatched anywhere else on the mountain. Chad was very supportive of anything needed during our stay

Great place to host a large group! Open kitchen/living area which was nice and a huge dining area off to the side. Overall great weekend!

Very nice Home the TVs could be easier to manage the toilet paper dispenser in the master bedroom was busted the hot tub had more scale in it than I’ve ever seen ruined a brand new nylon suit of mine, but for the size of the home those things are fairly minor. My family had a very nice time and would do it again.

The home was ideal for our family. It had plenty of room for people to sit and have activities to do while staying there. The game room was a great attraction for the grandkids the only downfalls we had was there was not enough silverware for us to all eat at the same time we had to eat in shifts. The hot tub was dirty when we got there the grandkids did use it, but it was pretty dirty, and I did not feel comfortable enough about using the hot tub which I had really wanted to do.

The setting and the house are great. There was plenty of room for our family of 16. The hottub was a nice addition to the house. It was beautiful weather to make a campfire. There was plenty of firewood but was too wet to use, but there were places to buy it. We ended up buying plastic silverware as we kept running out , but we had 16 people Also you might want to bring extra paper towel, there were no extras. Besides some little issues, it’s a wonderful house! No close neighbors was a bonus with eight children. Watching deer wondering around the house, was fun. Being close to city and Boyle Mt was very nice. It was a perfect place for our family to use for the long weekend. We hope to be back next year.

Highly recommend this cabin, we loved the game room, hot tub, and sauna; the beds were surprisingly comfortable; the kitchen and living room were perfectly large, so we could all hang out. If I could, I'd give this 4.5 stars because we couldn't get up the driveway at several points over the weekend. While it was plowed in the morning, we had the most trouble getting up the hill in the evening.

Great getaway

Just as advertised. Rooms clean. Amenities all available. Large kitchen. Great view of sunset. Spacious. Comfortable. Fully stocked. Quiet and private. Hassle free check-in and checkout.

Overall the home was dirty and in rough shape. Not what you would expect for 12,000. Specifically, the carpet in the the master bedroom was filthy and stained in several areas. The upholstered chair in the master was also stained and dirty. There were no window coverings in the master bathroom so we had to hang towels so our kids and grandkids wouldn’t see us showering. Several windows in the basement couldn’t be opened or were missing screens. One window in the master wouldn’t close because the sill is rotted. The couch in the basement is falling apart and would leave bits of its fake leather covering on your clothes. The stove only has two burners and you can’t use the stovetop grill because the vent is broken. There’s one small refrigerator and a dorm drink refrigerator for a home that sleeps 20 people. Worst of all the railing on the deck is rotting so bad that the spindles are falling out. I counted 14 that were either missing or falling out. This is a safety issue if there are small kids on the deck. The owner is selling this house (check Zillow) and has stopped caring about the condition of the property.

The home itself is attractive, but there were serious access, safety, and readiness issues that impacted our stay.At our scheduled check-in time, the property was not ready. The cleaning crew was still onsite and visibly distressed, and we were forced to wait nearly three hours with no advance notice. During that time, weather conditions were poor and we had no safe place to wait with our family.The driveway had not been plowed, creating access concerns. The cleaners could not drive up and parked at the bottom. We ended up helping carry equipment so they could finish. Later, the plow driver stated vehicles frequently get stuck and that four-wheel drive is often needed — this is not disclosed in the listing.Inside the home, the upstairs toilet was broken and the hot tub was unusable, leaving paid amenities unavailable for multiple days. Communication on repair timing was limited.There were also privacy concerns: the owner entered the home unannounced to drop off a gift basket, and a repair technician later entered without notice.Additional issues included heating problems in the master bedroom, a deteriorating basement couch shedding material, and a dirty popcorn machine the cleaners said they could not clean.While the property has potential, the lack of preparedness, winter access risks, delayed entry, and unannounced entries did not meet expectations for a premium rental. Guests should confirm readiness, driveway conditions, and access procedures before booking.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. There were 11 of us ranging from 65 to 5 and it worked well for all. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked most meals at home. The kids enjoyed the game room and adults enjoyed the hot tub and sauna.
