This place was relaxing and met our needs perfectly! The ability to wake and sit on the deck to watch the dolphins and listen to the ocean waves was a perfect start to our day and the sunsets could not be beat! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Lovely home with amazing view!

We had a great time and enjoyed the spacious condo with well maintained amenities. The views, the beach walks, the pool and the pristine grounds made our vacation all the more delightful.

Amazing vacation!

This property is fantastic!!! Location is great. The views are wonderful… immaculately clean! Not a single negative to share… most importantly, this property owner was a delight to deal with… more than accommodating… will DEFINITELY book here again!!!

Nice big space - great balcony! Very clean when we arrived. 2nd bathroom a little small but worked out fine since there were only 4 of us. Owner was very responsive when we notified them the stove wasn't working well- they replaced immediately! Liked the smaller building and quiet beach.

Indian Shores Paradise

We truly enjoyed our stay with our family at this Beach Paradise. The condo was perfect for our group of eight, even with our young children. (Ages 1, 4 and 6) It has unbelievably beautiful views along with gorgeous sunsets. The condo has everything that you need for your stay. We would recommend this place 100% and hope for us to stay again.

Wonderful condo

Everything was great, except not being able to use the pool because the painters were working there and had it taped off for our two week stay. The property has been extensively refurbished.

Paradise found!

This owner, Dania Garcia, is in our experience one of the best operators on VRBO. This was our second stay in Indian Shores which is a wonderful Gulf Coast jewel in itself. While we dealt with some lingering effects of Idalia in the area, Dania was pro-active and communicated well ahead of our stay to avoid problems. The condo is beautiful, well-appointed and the balcony is superb!

the view is fantastic! Spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Balcony, listening and watching the surf is mesmerizing. Very accurate photos. Quiet building.

Beautiful!!!!!

This was a beautiful condo. The view of the ocean is one of a kind. There are restaurants close by, Guppy's was wonderful. Can't say enough about how wonderful this condo was, Best to take a small car as there were pillars to park between and we had a small pick up we rented and it took a lot of maneuvering to get in the spaces. Lots to do here and Dania was great to work with. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo.

Great location on the beach. Nice top floor condo. Beautiful sunsets. Comfortable and spacious. Plenty of beach chairs and towels, a cooler and umbrella(s). Stainless kitchen appliances, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. Appliances starting to show their age, directions would be helpful. Granite countertops throughout. Master bathroom needs a door. Dedicated parking spaces underneath are wonderful. Host was very helpful.

The condo is in a great location, is well equipped and super nice. Everything you need to prepare meals and have a relaxing stay is provided. The garage is a little tight so leave the large vehicles at home. The only issue that we had is that the listing states there is a hot tub and a bbq grills present and there are none on the property that we could find. We enjoyed our stay, this is a nice updated condo that has nice appliances and furniture. The outdoor furniture is also top notch and we loved our coffee with a great view. The beach is nice, we saw a manater and multiple dolphins during our stay. The location is laid back but just a few minutes to the busier tourist spots. We would definitely book again if we come back to the area.

Best View of the Beach!!!

This place is absolutely beautiful & inviting! We loved the fact that the condo was roomy for everyone, included a washer & dryer, had all the cookware you would have used at home & even had stuff to take to the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk right out to the beach as well, no huffing & puffing across the road or having to pull a cooler. This place is a must to visit....

the condominium was excellent,. Everything you could need was furnished in the unit everything was updated, the unit was clean and orderly. the location on the beach was perfect. we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice location and unit. Needed to be dusted and Needed more washcloths only had 4 for 7 people. Towles are old and need to be replaced.. otherwise everything was good. I would come back.

The Very Best of the FL Gulf Coast

We cannot say enough good things about our stay in the Rose! From the spacious floorplan and superb decor to the 32' balcony with spectacular gulf coast sunsets, the experience was everything we hoped for and more. If you have a chance to reserve this unit, take it! The penthouse view is amazing, the building is quiet and well-maintained inside and out. We must mention the friendly and helpful residents. Everyone we met went out of their way to make us feel welcome. And the beach! What a wonderful beach! The broad, white sand beach is so perfect that pictures do not do it justice! Thank you for a wonderful experience. We'll be back!

PARADISE

This property was absolutely PERFECT! Beautiful views, great location, not busy (beach or unit), and very clean,! It was nice having two king beds and the trundle/bunks beds for our boys! Loved that the unit was on the top floor! This condo had everything you could possibly want or need inside and out! It was also nice not to have to worry about beach chairs, boogie boards, or even an umbrella for the beach this condo had it all! The pool was perfect and well maintained. We saw many dolphins and even a manatee from our balcony! Dania was great to work with as well! Will definitely be renting again! Definitely a small piece of PARADISE!

Absolutely Great Property!

This condo is absolutely perfect for a family vacation! Everything was exactly as listed in the description! The view from the deck is stunning! Nice Pool and Beach Access. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for a family of 5! Highly recommend this property!

Just what we needed

We absolutely loved the unit, the location and the process. First the unit is as advertised. It was clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable, the linens were fresh and clean and the towels were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Most of all the location was great. Right on the beach with tremendous views and amazing sunsets! We even saw the elusive green flash one evening! There was only one day the beach was crowded. There were beach chairs to use and beach towels. Everything you need. We will definitely be back.
