The Space:

This beautiful Lookout Mountain home is the perfect launching pad to experience all that the city has to offer. Whether you are travelling to visit Phoenix, looking to hike with your friends, or travelling with friends to golf, this home will work for your group.



All the furniture is brand-new and modern. The living room has a Netflix Equipped Smart TV and lots of space. The kitchen and dining area is set up with everything that you'll need for cooking. There are multiple sitting and dining areas, allowing space for meals, board games, and even some work!



There is lightening fast Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, and all the essentials that you'll need for a great stay.



The outdoor area is truly special. There's a large heated pool and patio, lawn chairs, an outdoor shower (for cooling off - only cold water), and a putting green. There's lot of space to enjoy Phoenix's beautiful weather!



Each bedroom has a luxurious bed with 600 thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. There's a King bed in the master bedroom, plus an additional 5 Queen Beds! It's the perfect place for groups visiting the city!



There are also two washing machines and two dryers for clothing!



There's a driveway that fits up to two cars and free street parking!



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to all the amenities in the house.



The Neighborhood:

Phoenix is a beautiful place to visit. North Phoenix has it all - golf, fine dining, mountain hiking, and great shopping. You'll be minutes away from all of it! My home is located at Lookout Mountain, which is part of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. You'll be able to hike from your front door, and have access to an incredible public park with tennis courts, beach volleyball, large open spaces, playground equipment, and more!



Getting Around:

There's free parking at my home for up to two vehicles - two in the driveway, and most of the city's attraction are a short drive away. There's additional street parking that's free and easily available. Ubers are a great option to get to the city, so you'll never need a car if you don't have one.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available from October 15 - May 15. The cost of pool heating is $100/day due to the high cost of utilities. There are also some minimums because we can't turn it off/on.



- If you are staying for four nights or less and would like to purchase pool heating, you must purchase heating for 100% of your stay.

- If you are staying for five nights or more and would like to purchase pool heating, there is a three night minimum.



There is no garage at this home. The outdoor shower only has cold water, and is great for cooling off! The playground equipment advertised is in the public park across the street!



Please be advised that there is ongoing construction in front of the house, which may cause noise during the daytime.
