- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

-You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. There are no exceptions

-You will receive your door code via digital Welcome Guide approximately 3 days prior to check-in.

-Parking: - Parking: you will receive a link to pay for parking in the Welcome Guide. It is $40 for a parking pass plus a processing fee $1.50. This is NOT included in your reservation price.

- Fitness center: there are RFID cards on lanyards to gain access to the

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation.
