Tuscan Ridge is a quiet neighborhood set amongst the orange groves of Davenport, Florida. The neighborhood is comprised of a mixture of full time residents as well as vacation homes, which provides a relaxing atmosphere to spend your vacation. After spending all day at the theme parks, you'll appreciate the lack of activity as you pull into the drive at Corvina Cove. Take relaxing walks around Tuscan Ridge in peace and safety, there is very little traffic on neighborhood streets, and everything is well lit.

Great stay-cation away from home

We hadca very relaxing vacation here. With the covid craziness, we opted not to do any parks this time around and took full advantage of the pool and indoor game room. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great way to travel with our dogs

This home has a great layout for families and is located within close distance to shopping and fairly short drive to Disney. Owner is friendly with great communication and understands the needs of those who travel with pets. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Nice place close to Disney

Nice spot and close to Disney attractions. We also did Discovery Cove which was about 45 mins but still not a bad drive. My boys really enjoyed the pool while we were here, and we enjoyed the kitchen and being able to eat some meals “at home” during our stay. Communications with the host were always pleasant.

We had a peaceful, relaxing stay in this lovely home, in a quiet neighborhood. The house has many amenities and the pool is fantastic! We hope to be able to come back again next year!

Nice Stay

We had a nice stay, the house was well equipped with everything you would need, wasn’t too far from Disney/Universal and the pool was a nice relaxing feature after a long day at the park. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and close to the grocery store, gas stations etc. The owner and property manager were also very responsive and answers all questions immediately. Overall it was a nice stay.

Very nice place, I would definitely recommend.

The house is very nice, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to just about anything you may need. Our 3 year old daughter LOVED the Mickey room. We had a few issues upon checking into the house but Kevin saw to it that they were taken care of promptly and he kept us informed of what was going on. It was a pleasure dealing with Kevin and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

This is a spacious and well appointed property. We really enjoyed the pool daily. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There were a few minor issues but the property manager was very responsive. We really loved the spaces and the living areas we played cards, cooked, had friends stop by and really relaxed. Thank you

Great time

We needed a place close to the Gaylord for my partner and I from Fort Lauderdale as well as his parents from Indiana and my parents from Chicago to all stay together. His sister also flew in from Dallas! So having one great home to stay in for this trip was so terrific. Close to what we needed and nice open space with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We love being able to go on a trip and save some money by cooking and grilling out and this provided the perfect space.

Perfect family home

We stayed here for 7 days. My husband and I along with our daughter and son in law with their 4 kids aged raged from 5 to 16. The house had plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the pool and the gsme tables. We did 5 Disney days and one beach day. It was ~30 minutes to Disney. The full kitchen and washer drier was nice to have and used daily. Could not ask for a better week.

Fine Stay

The pool is a good size and the water is clean and warm. Everyone loved the pool, and enjoyed the game room as well. Sadly the house wasn’t clean enough, and some of the cooking pots need to be changed. The property manager was very responsive. Overall we liked our stay, but because it wasn’t clean enough, I gave 3 stars.

Perfect Vacation!

After a disastrous VRBO experience last year in Omaha, we were slightly hesitant using VRBO again and we were blown away this time! The pictures provided were exactly as the house looks. The neighborhood is perfect and quiet. The drive to the theme parks in Orlando weren't excessive by any means. The house is a 2 minute drive to a Publix and access to several other restaurants and highways. This was the smoothest vacation I've had in a long time! I would definitely rent from Kevin again!

Family vacation

This property has everything you need and more! The property is well kept and comfortable. The pool was a perfect temperature for our grandchildren. The neighbourhood is beautiful, well kept and a nice walk. It was close to Disney as promised. I called the manager, twice and spoke directly to him. I emailed the owner and received immediate responses. My concerns, the satellite signal for tvs and pool heater were taken care of within an hour! Loved it and would definitely book again!

Family vacation

Property was nice with a pool and the kids really enjoyed the gaming system, and game tables as well as the card games, etc. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the house had plenty of bath towels for all. However, was surprised that they did not have at least one beach/outdoor towel for the max number of guests they advertise for (there were 4 but we had 8 in our group). Did have some issues with check-in but would likely have been resolved much faster had we not arrived very late at night. Found kitchen to be very well stocked with all necessary cooking items. However, did find that some of the household items could use updating or repairing, such as dryer that didn’t run properly (we did use the vacuum to clean out the lint trap and that helped some), ice maker in fridge that was frozen closed with a block of ice (we did take the time to thaw and remove the ice dam and then it began to work again) and a coffee table that was missing bolts so when a drink was placed on the table, it was bumped into or was moved in any way it started to sway. We ultimately just disassembled the table and put into a bedroom to avoid collapse and breakage of glass top, They also had burned out lights on the lanai and patio furniture that was quite worn and dirty. Overall, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed our trip. I would stay there again as it was a quiet and seemingly safe neighborhood with a nice property for a reasonable price.

Good but needs some improvement

I rent one of my properties with VRBO so I'm sensitive to ratings. This is a good place for a family with lots of kids. The pool is nice and the neighborhood is decent. I was on a work trip and had to commute past Disney daily and every day, the traffic was horrible(I know, you can't hold the owners accountable for traffic). I'm giving the stay 4 stars(although my wife suggested 3 and I felt that was harsh) because it feels like there isn't much thought put into what guests will need at arrival. After a 6 hour drive, our first trip was to the store(Publix is VERY close which is a positive) and purchase things like trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, kleenex and even a wine opener. These are all things that I happily provide my guests and I fight to ensure that my property stays 5 star. I'm guessing that with the influx of families with small children that maybe it's tougher to keep the upkeeps going but there are definite areas that need to be touched up(the front door lock is handy but needs to be replaced because of age). Overall, the visit was decent and I'd recommend to families with kids and or pets but be aware that the trip to attractions is likely to take a long time until I4 construction is completed.

We love Florida and have visited often to escape the long Montana Winters. Owning a vacation home is the best of both worlds for us since we can use it ourselves and also allow others to enjoy it. We also love Disney, and have been to Disney World and Disneyland many times over the years, so this gives us a chance to go more often.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We loved this home from the moment we saw it. It's a wonderfully large size, and the rear of the house feels very secluded. With an open view from the back, and non-pool homes on both sides, you feel like you have the whole neighborhood to yourself.

The home has a second living room and dining room, which we use as a game room and additional entertainment center.

The large master bedroom and bath provide a luxurious respite after a long day of playing.

The quiet of the home is unmistakeable, from taking a nice walk with the dogs to waking up in relative silence, the peace of the home and it's surroundings sets the stage for a wonderfully relaxing day!
