Tuscan Ridge is a quiet neighborhood set amongst the orange groves of Davenport, Florida. The neighborhood is comprised of a mixture of full time residents as well as vacation homes, which provides a relaxing atmosphere to spend your vacation. After spending all day at the theme parks, you'll appreciate the lack of activity as you pull into the drive at Corvina Cove. Take relaxing walks around Tuscan Ridge in peace and safety, there is very little traffic on neighborhood streets, and everything is well lit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house and location was perfect and quiet neighborhood. Our first morning there we got to see a hot air balloon over the house. We enjoyed the view from the pool and appreciated that the house was more equipped with kitchen items than we have experienced in previous other rentals. We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It's a nice place to stay that is pet friendly for our dogs and close enough to Disney and other area attractions. We loved our stay here and we had excellent communication with the host. We hope to stay here again in the future the next time we decide to do a Disney vacation. Thank you!

This is an awesome house!!! We actually live in the Orlando area but wanted to use it for our three generation family to celebrate Father's Day weekend. If you're not from central Florida, it's also very conveniently located near Disney World, The house is actually better than the pictures show for many reasons. For one, the master bedroom is more like a suite. It is humongous. The game tables being in the living room was a blessing because the garages in Florida are hot at least six months of the year. This VRBO definitely comes with my recommendation.

This was a fantastic, large and open home for our week-long stay. It was very pet-friendly, with a large unfenced yard and great views. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, and the living areas were very comfortable. The welcome book had a lot of great information about the property. There were some minor cosmetic repairs needed to some kitchen appliances, but everything was in working order and comfortable. We had a great time with our family of adults, but this property would also be great for families with younger children as well.

We are a family of 4 + 2 (doxies) from Montana. Kevin is a self-employed entrepreneur, web and application developer, Michelle is a homemaker, and our girls are beginning their own adventures with college and world travel. Peanut and Penelope are our doxies, both winning racers and all around fun pups.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We love Florida and have visited often to escape the long Montana Winters. Owning a vacation home is the best of both worlds for us since we can use it ourselves and also allow others to enjoy it. We also love Disney, and have been to Disney World and Disneyland many times over the years, so this gives us a chance to go more often.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We loved this home from the moment we saw it. It's a wonderfully large size, and the rear of the house feels very secluded. With an open view from the back, and non-pool homes on both sides, you feel like you have the whole neighborhood to yourself.

The home has a second living room and dining room, which we use as a game room and additional entertainment center.

The large master bedroom and bath provide a luxurious respite after a long day of playing.

The quiet of the home is unmistakeable, from taking a nice walk with the dogs to waking up in relative silence, the peace of the home and it's surroundings sets the stage for a wonderfully relaxing day!
