The host is very welcoming! Maria did an amazing job at communicating with Us throughout our entire stay. The pool heat was superb. The house was clean, roomy and accommodating.

We had a great stay. The house was in a great location. It was very clean. The pool was heated as we requested. Before and during our stay, we received quick responses to my questions.

We really enjoyed the house. The neighborhood was quiet and clean!! We had a few questions while at the property and the response was promptly answered.

This house was great for our week long stay! There are little things you could nit pick about that need attention, but for a pet friendly house it was great! Our two dogs enjoyed their stay as well. The house and pool were clean, the host was very attentive and responded quickly. The beds were very comfortable. The community area water park was great for Littles and to enjoy a drink in the sun. Took about a half hour to get to Disney and Universal with Florida traffic. Close to town for groceries and restaurants. Overall, great place when traveling with fur babies!

Very disappointed in the way the property was maintained before arrival. Grass and weeds overgrown around the pool area. There was MAJOR safety concern with the switch of pool/sauna being exposed and not in compliance, door lock was broken- again another safety concern. Basic essentials like toilet paper, salt and pepper shakers were empty when we needed it the most, mattress is worn out needs to be upgraded to a new one. Will definitely not come back nor recommend to others. Only positive was location and gated area.

The only matters reported were the door code at arrival, which was promptly resolved, and the noise from a neighbor’s pool pump, which you mentioned just to inform us. We would have gladly addressed any other concerns right away if we had known about them. Regarding supplies, we provide a welcome kit with basic kitchen and bathroom essentials and, as described in our listing, replenishment during the stay is the guest’s responsibility based on usage. We appreciate your feedback and will review your comments to ensure the best possible experience for future guests.

Family vacation 2025

The photos of the property were not of the current condition of the house, very dirty, broken oven handle,picture frame broken discovered stained sheets on bed,nail clippings in another bed. The carpeting was stained with dog urine and smelled awful.. weeds growing all around the pool, furniture was very worn and not enough seating. The community doesn't take care of the landscape, no mulch around the community pool. Looks so uncared for. If you have a family think again about staying in Windsor, the neighbors partying all night with zero respect for noise levels, beyond loud, and the smell of smoking we couldn't use the yard and pool much with my grandchildren from the inappropriate music and smoke . Very disappointed.

The stay in this home was perfect and what we were looking for. We had quite a few questions leading up to the trip, and the host was very responsive and helpful the entire time. We had one small hiccup getting into the neighborhood, as we did not realize it was in a gated community and the community no longer uses gate codes so it hard for us to figure out how to get to the house - but once we found the correct entrance and were able to speak with security we had no issue getting in for the rest of the stay. The link we were sent with information about the property did not include any instructions about entering the community, but it was nothing we couldn't figure out ourselves. The house is definitely older and you can tell the photos have not been updated, but it was clean and worked for what we needed it for. We got good use out of the pool and didn't have issues with any neighbors - and although I agree with other reviewers that there were weeds around the pool that are overgrown, it didn't affect our stay! The beds and bedrooms were all comfortable and the linens were clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a cost-effective stay for a large group.
