Completely remodeled and ready to be your home base on your Arizona vacation. Designer furnishings, comfy beds, and fully stocked kitchen make for an easy and enjoyable stay. Anything you would need is walking distance with this unbeatable location right across the street from Fashion Square. Some of the Valley's top dining, shopping, and nightlife all within minutes!
The space
Completely remodeled with modern touches throughout. Open and spacious great room with couch and big screen tv. Dining seating for 4 and a stocked kitchen and coffee bar for those wanting to stay in and eat while traveling. Bedrooms are spacious and feature top of the line beds and bedding. Each bedroom has a TV and guest bedroom offers bunk beds for those traveling with larger groups. Convenient workspace for the business traveler and patio seating to enjoy the AZ weather! A Great deal of thought has went into making this a great space that is functional and comfortable.
Complex features pool area as well as BBQ and Laundry facilities. Truly unbeatable Old Town Scottsdale location. Complex sits just across the street from the Fashion Square Mall and Scottsdale Waterfront shopping districts. Close to Spring Training parks, hiking, and golf courses as well.
Guest access
Guests have the entire condo to themselves. There is no shared spaces here.
Other things to note
Guests must abide by the HOA rules.
Quiet hours of 10 PM nightly.
Absolutely no smoking in unit. $1000 fine.
Sorry but there is no pets allowed at this complex.
There is a ring camera on front door for the safety of our guests and safety of the property. There is no cameras in home or anywhere else on premises.
All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
